"The staff was great! They were nice, helpful, and accommodating. When we got there we did not get the room with the balcony that we booked. I let the desk know and they put us in the correct room right away. The room was much bigger. The only problem was the light in the bathroom didn’t work. We were only there for 1 night so it wasn’t worth trying to move again, just kind of inconvenient. Also the outside pool was closed and the hot tub was out of order.
