Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I asked if they had elevator, they answered no but not to worry on first floor. It was3 flights up. The tiny bathroom with shower, the floor was flooded when arrived and could not get a plumber in before we left. No drawers in that room and 3 hangars in closet. Key pickup instructions were for old holder which had been replaced and did not relate. Could not get key code until 3 pm or up to 45 pound charge for any earlier. 20 pound non refundable fee added the day before for damage or a 200 pound refundable fee . Not as nice as photos.
