Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Killeen
8/10 Good
"I checked in Saturday evening I did not see housekeeping that day nor did they stop and clean the room on Sunday. I had to ask for clean towels twice and garbage bags cuz they didn't clean the room. Other than that the breakfast was okay, the property itself was clean and I enjoyed my time there."
Premium Inn and Suites

"The location of the property is very quiet. The staff is pretty nice. The rooms do not match what is seen online. I was forced to upgrade my room and that one also did not match the photos, and costed more than it was supposed to. There was an internet outage the first night we were there so wifi was out to no fault of the hotel. The second night we stayed I was awoken at midnight by someone who checked in with 3 children. You could hear the children running around all night and I was not able to get any rest. The beds were comfortable enough, and shower worked very well. We checked out very early hoping to get home and get some sleep. Overall the stay was OK. If I had an emergency again and needed a hotel I would probably consider this place again."
