I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it. I booked a room with a double bed but was given a single bed. Furthermore, I was informed that booking through Expedia is just a request and not a guarantee. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. My companion couldn't stay with me due to the single bed. Additionally, the towels and bedding had light black stains, and the fridge kept leaking. The parking area felt sketchy, and although the walls are soundproof, the windows and doors are not, leading to noise disturbances. The front desk manager promised to move me to a room with a double bed, but gave it to someone else. Housekeeping knocked on my door despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign, interrupting my last morning. There were some positives: a convenient small kitchen area (though instructions for the touch stove would help), a decent bed and pillows, a big TV, a comfortable lounge chair, and effective AC. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues.
