Overall a pleasant hotel to stay at considering bang for buck. I was not a fan of the hotel doors both front and back being open all day into the night. As far as safety concerns. Anyone could come into the hotel

The windows had blinds but not curtains so the street lights shining in lit up the entire room. The fire alarm went off several times and once in the middle of the night for a minute. The beds were tolerable but not very comfortable. Online there was a $20 pet fee but when you get there it's $40 & I was never informed I would be charged. Overall I was very disappointed because this was supposedly a Best Western Plus.

The hotel originally said the reservation wasn't complete because they hadn't received payment. I had paid in advance through Expedia several days before. I had to contact Expedia which contacted the hotel. It took them about 45 mins to fix.

I liked how close everything was as far as restaurants and shopping. My only complaint is I do think the staff needs to be a little more cordial and welcoming. In my 3 nights I was there no one came in to clean or take out the garbage. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.
