Pool and Spa on the Lakefront - Main House

  • This large lakefront home offers a relaxed and practical setting for families and groups. With multiple bedrooms and generous living spaces, it is designed for comfortable group stays close to the water.

    The open-plan living and dining area provides a central space to gather, unwind, and enjoy time together. The home is simple in style and functional, offering everything needed for an easy and relaxed stay.

    The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, making it convenient for longer stays or shared meals with family and friends.

    Outside, the property offers a covered alfresco area with BBQ, private pool, spa, and a spacious backyard. These outdoor spaces are the highlight of the home, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy time by the water.

    This listing is for the Main House only. Please note that we also have a separate Studio Unit on the property, which may be rented by other guests at the same time. However, the pool and spa are exclusively for your use, ensuring your privacy and enjoyment throughout your stay.

    This property offers self-check-in. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. One set of keys is provided per booking and you are able to utilise the lockbox during your stay.

    BBQs: Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest.

    Private Pool: Private pools are professionally maintained only from the September to Easter school holidays. Outside this period, use is at guests’ risk, with minimal maintenance; leaves or debris may accumulate, and light upkeep may be needed. Sunscreen or tanning products can affect water quality, and neither the owner nor AirKeeper is liable.

    Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.

    Long Stays (28 nights or more):
    Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund.
    After 48 hours of booking creation: No refund of any fees paid.

    All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community.

    A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly.

    All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges.

    Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance to guests where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control.

    Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay.

    Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. While a general clean is included in your rental, excess cleaning charges will apply for items such as dirty dishes, stained linen, food or drink spills, BBQ cleaning, or rubbish not disposed of in outside bins. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees. Any additional cleaning or disposal charges will be communicated and deducted from your security bond.
