"We really enjoyed our stay at the Viking Hotel in Waterford. The room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. Breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 👍"

"The experience of taking a ferry onto the island was pretty cool! The estate was vey nice and very authentic. The Staff was very helpful. We were traveling around Ireland in August and this was the warmest day we had experienced but not hot like SC in the States. The only thing that there was no AC in the rooms but it was not too bad. The food was very good. The golf course was fun and had some pretty holes to take pics . We had a great time at this hotel."

The rooms were nice and roomy enough, but no a/c or fans, though the windows let in enough of an ocean breeze to keep us cool. Area pubs are great, as was the hotel bar. Everything is walkable but it's not a tourist town. People live there and the shops reflect that."
