Waterford is a lovely, clean interesting town. The Waterford factory tour was interesting; you get to see the real workings of production. I also enjoyed the Medieval Museum.

Waterford is one of the best places in Ireland the people are so friendly
"Nice B&B just outside Waterford. Helpful hosts, good breakfast. The owner is famous for her soda bread and indeed it tasted great.
Transport wise you'd have to be on bikes or with a car to reach it, but definitely can be a better option than more expensive places in the city."
"Our room was quiet. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. It's in a good location. Parking was off-site but is available. Breakfast was very good. It may be dependent on time - my husband had a luke warm shower but mine was hot. I also dont like the spout in the basin as it spurts everwhere but that is being nit picky. "
