Beautiful property and access to the beach. The pools were clean. The breakfast was great (waffles, muffins, cereal, eggs, bacon/sausage, coffee/juice). Unfortunately, our room by the pool had a constant leak through the concrete at the front of the room. The floor/carpeting near the door was constantly soaked and never dried. Room smelt like chlorine and the air was very humid even with A/C on. Room 122. Hopefully they will fix the leak because the mould will continue to spread, I imagine. The walls are also thin, you can hear your neighbours if they’re talking loudly through the walls. Otherwise, staff were friendly and the area is safe. The room was also very clean upon check-in.

Stay on the 4th floor facing the ocean for the best views. It was spectacular. Walking on the beach is so relaxing for me. Breakfast had everything we needed for a good start. Housekeeping wasn’t efficient and had to call for TP and drinking cups, and towels. The ocean experience made up for all.

The property had been updated and they did a good job of remodeling. It was truly "on the beach" with only a sand dune away from the water. The staff were friendly but they were late opening up one morning. The room was large and the bedding very good. We were there pre-season so it was not crowded. We did not use the pool or outdoor amenities. The breakfast was good and there were choices. Overall, a solid 4 star hotel with 3 star pricing.

Loved the fact that our room overlooked the ocean. I wish the windows opened so we could hear the ocean. We had to prop the door open in order to do that. Not the best. I loved the decor in the room - very well done. We had issues with our faucet, but upon mentioning it to the front desk, it was fixes promptly. We had colder than usual weather, so couldn't use the pool or beach, unfortunately.

This hotel had very friendly staff, easy beach access and it was very accessible to many of the local sights, eateries, and shops. It was a pleasurable stay, we will book this hotel again when when we return.

The hotel is clean and rooms nice and updated. The area of the room with the beds is spacious, there’s a comfy chair / ottoman, and good counter space for your stuff. The beds are comfortable. However, the down side is the bathroom is VERY small. The sink is located right at the room entrance and the door to the tub/toilet, barely clears the toilet. There is literally no space or storage, nor space for more than one person. There’s also no other mirrors in the room, which would be great to allow multiple people to get ready at the same time. Also, the blonde lady who works breakfast is delightful, and the cleaning staff, although they do not speak English, were friendly and accommodating. However, there was one woman at the front desk who was extremely unfriendly and acted bothered any time we spoke to her (which was two or three times during our stay). She also did not contact me when my room was ready as she said she would. I came back early and another young woman was there who checked me in right away. If I had a hotel, having the nicest friendliest people at the front desk would be a priority as that’s the face of your business. I shouldn’t be afraid to ask where the restroom is!

We stayed in the tower rooms on bottom floor, which was darker and outdated compared to the third level where the other park of our group stayed. It was still pleasant and the access to the outdoor space was nice. I loved the beachfront access and indoor pool/hot tub. Breakfast was typical with some warm options, and the outdoor patio was nice. Overall I think the value compared to other places was good and I’d choose to return.
