The room is very clean, same for the bath room, very quiet area, opposite the beach, there is a hotel next door but only opens on Thursday to Sunday only. Car park at the front. Staff is friendly.

From the time we checked-in to checking out , everything was smooth and friendly. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Gadgets to shower , everything in great condition and the location was great as well.

Loved it and have booked again for next year already. Only issue: they need to update fridge to modern bar fridge. The fridge was too small, old and door kept falling off.

I would rate it 8/10 for my stat and the accommodation. We booked front room so car can be parked right at the front. There is (1) electric car charger. Which is plus. Room it self is nice, I don't find it noisy. There was a letter in the room apologising the bathroom has not been upgraded. I personally didn't see anything wrong with it. Yes some paint chips but it's roomy, clean, big, water temp and pressure is on point. For the price point, there is Nothing to apologise for. Bed is a spring bed and I am a light sleeper so when my partner moves at night. I will wake up as the whole bed moves. This is the only downside. There is alos an warming about the use of electricity, as it can not go over 16amp with the power point. If you have lots to charge or running a heater at night. Need to be careful but agaian, not an issue for me as we only charged phones. Mobile (telstra) cover in room is poor, we both only getting 1,2 bars of H. But if u go outside then it's fine. They do have WiFi. Food and general store next door, 1,2 mins walk. No too far from the island. Overall I am happy with the stay for the price we paid for. Would I stay AGAIAN? yes, but will try the new cabin at the back.

I liked the property and it’s very clean the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, but my booking was changed without my knowledge dissatisfaction and inconvenience very high.

Thanks for your review and feedback, Maree. Your remark is unfair and less than the full narrative. Firstly, you booked without requesting for sofa-bed (nor pay for it). Secondly, we call you to clarify if you would like to have your extended night stay on same Courtyard room which you replied yes. Then, when you arrive your fellow guest wanted separate bed which we then accommodate and further supported with 20% discount - yet you're less than fair and truthful on the full narrative. Nevertheless, we wish you the best and find what you are looking for. Thank you

The photos don’t match the reality. Rooms are small, bathroom condition was average and we werent provided with a room for 5 guests. A folding bed was provided without apology for the error-the floor would have been more comfortable

Hi Tamara, thank you for your review and feedback. We apologies for the miscommunication. In Expedia description and photos, it is clearly shown that the room is with one queen bed and 2 single-beds (in trundle format) and it is the case - and to expect another bed in the room is not what you have booked. We extended our best effort to put in extra folding bed to accommodate and yet not appreciated. Nevertheless, we apologise and wish that you will find what you're looking for.
