Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in July for 10 days and had an amazing trip. The penthouse (K107) we stayed in was very clean and well taken care of. Having the ability to be walking distance to from the beach to our condo was very convenient. There are two beautiful pools on the property, one for adult use only and one for families with children. We would definitely stay here again the staff is very helpful and make you feel right at home while on the property. The shops and restaurants across the street truly make this stay even better.

Great Vacation!

Amazing place! We've stayed at so many of the resorts in Wailea, and just enjoy the freedom, space, and amenities at Wailea Beach Villas. The Beach/lounge chair service is fantastic, as is the concierge in arranging snorkel gear, reservations, etc. Great stay...our go to in Maui.

Dream vacation

Amazing stay at Wailea Beach Villas. This is a beautiful property and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Unit is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed to enjoy a week in Maui. Would highly recommend! We have stayed at other properties in Wailea and will definitely be back to this one.

Family Vacation

We stayed at this property for a week this month and it exceeded our expectations! We loved having the privacy of having our own place, but still having the benefits of staying at a resort. The staff of the resort was very friendly and always made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. The property owner and their assistant were very responsive and friendly as well. The property was very clean and in a great area. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Wailea beach villas were amazing and the service was top notch. We appreciated the unit being close to the shops and parking. Great communications and check in/out process was a breeze. Murphy bed worked out great. Plenty of dishes, utensils, coffee makers, and basic supplies.

Quiet, Relaxing Oasis

We were looking for a few days of rest and relaxation in a quiet tropical setting, and we found it! The pictures definitely do not do this property justice. The condo itself was beautiful, and had everything we needed and then some. The property and grounds were incredible. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. The only disappointment was having to go back home.

Everything was awesome! Great location, by shops, beach, resorts, etc. Unit and property was spotless. Was a bit worried about Teens using the “adult” pool but it was a non issue. The family pool looked great for younger children. Host/Owner was great. Hope to be back!

The perfect oasis

The unit was perfect for our family of 4! Clean, comfortable (the beds are fantastic) and everything you need and more from cooking to a day at the beach. Appreciated the beach bags. You cannot go wrong with the location and the amenities of the resort. August was quiet relative to other times of year and we found it a relaxing and sunny visit. Our host was kind, responsive and communicated well so we had everything we needed.

Family Trip

Beautiful penthouse condo!! Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults. The property is beautiful. This unit is by the family pool, but we spent most of our time at the adult pool overlooking the beach…just a short walk with beautiful landscaping along the way. Loved the paved path along the oceanfront for morning runs!! We would definitely book this unit again!!

Beautiful property

The condo was lovely and well furnished! We had two refrigerators which was very nice as well as a lot of kitchen utensils, pots and pans and many dishes and glasses. The bathrooms had multiple sets of towels too. The owner’s assistant, Elis, was very responsive to our questions and requests. The 800 foot walk to the beach appeared to be much longer and its was all downhill. I did have the front desk give us a ride to the adult pool and beach on a few occasions. All the people at front desk were very helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. A very nice place!

Beautiful property that exceeded my expectations. I now wish I would have booked a longer stay. It is a very luxurious villa. We are definitely coming back and the location in Wailea is within walking destination of so many activities. The pools on the property were well maintained with plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs. Very helpful staff. Our host was very responsive and easy to work with, everything was wonderful and working in our villa so we really didn’t not need for much interaction. Great and relaxing stay. Highly recommend
