If you come to Maui for the warm breezes that seem to kiss your skin, then this unit -#203 - is just waiting for you. Menehune Shores is NOT subject to the recent Minatoya short term rental restrictions so your booking is safe! The trade winds that love our area keep you cool and comfy. Not that you need it that much but there is AIR CONDITIONING - and it sure is nice to have when the trade winds take their own vacation! Air handlers are in each bedroom and the living room.

Relax on your private lanai where you can watch the ocean and maybe even some whales in the winter months. Kite surfers love the harbor and you can watch them from your perch on the lanai as well. Love the mountains? You can see those gorgeous views too. Go to sleep to, and wake up to, the sound of the ocean lapping at the beach - enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai as the sun wakes up and lights the West Maui Mountains. A glass of wine in the evening as the sun sets, the lights twinkling at Ma'alaea Harbor, and the breeze ruffling your hair, is pure perfection.

This two bedroom, two bath 2nd floor condominium will be your home while you explore the magic of the Valley Isle. In winter months, the Humpback whales provide a show you'll never forget - and yes, you can often see them from the lanai - and of course the rooftop!

This well appointed unit comes with a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, REVOLVING PANTRY, and WASHER/DRYER.

All of your linen needs are included; the master bedroom has a TV and the living area includes a 50' SMART FLAT SCREEN. WIFI internet is FREE OF CHARGE. The wifi access information is near the TV, in the information binder and in the kitchen.

In front of the complex is the Ko'ie'ie Fishpond - an ancient wall built several hundred years ago by local fisherman to snare their fish. This wall now creates a calm beachfront for swimming - perfect for little ones or older ones. Walk around the point in front of the National Humpback Whale Sanctuary next door and find a few bigger waves perfect for boogie boarding and watching the wind surfers out in Ma'alaea Harbor.

The sea turtles love to hang out on this wall and sometimes take their naps right on the beach. Please DO NOT get closer than 10ft of these beautiful creatures! Respect their privacy :)

Aloha. Great clean unit. Property is in a great location on the beach side of the road. 1 minute from being in the condo to toes in the sand. Pool and BBQ were great amenities. Owner was very responsive when we asked her a question.

Great Condo in great area!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean unit that had everything we needed. Beautiful view and quiet area. My kids loved the grassy area to play games, watching the sunset from the top of the building was a favorite of ours and fun to see turtles up close in the fish pond each day. Central location and close to restaurants which made it nice. We would definitely stay here again. Our family loved our week staying here!

Wonderful stay!

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Plenty of room, 2 bed/2 bath (with king sized beds!). Clean and organized, well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Great location, right on the beach, no road to cross! We would definitely stay here again!

This stay worked well for us and nice to have separate bathrooms for each bedroom. It had everything we needed and the location worked well for going different places on the island. Well stocked with beach toys although we didn’t use them.

Perfect location---on great beach

The location was ideal for a toddler. The rock wall on the beach just down from the condo was the perfect play place and to either side of this was beaches with more waves. Definitely will try to book again next time.

The perfect stay

This was the perfect stay in Maui! This apartment was well stocked from the kitchen to the beach toys/gear. Location was perfect with the only small complaint being parking can be hard to find(especially with a larger vehicle) in the evening. Host was amazing. Quick to respond to messages both before and during our stay. This was our first trip to Maui and we hope to come back and stay here again.

The property location is the best. Great views of the beach. Turtles in the morning. Afternoon breeze is also great. Close to shops, restaurants, and stores. Lots of parking but not enough disabled parking slots for my Dad. But overall the location is superb. We had a great time.

Great Value with Amenities and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the North end of Kihei at Menehune Shores! The owner, Sharon was very nice and easy to work with and responded quickly. The unit is fully and nicely equipped with a Lanai view of the ocean. The location was great for easy travel to all parts of the island including a 20 min drive to airport. We liked having the Fish Pond out front of the unit for calm waters to swim and see many sea turtles as well as visits from the local outrigger canoe clubs. Along with a beach out front, there is access to walking beaches on either side of the sea walls out front. Heated swimming pool was very nice. Awesome view from very large rooftop area with picnic tables and gas grills. We were also lucky enough to experience a traditional canoe blessing at the canoe club grounds adjacent to the property. We enjoyed the free Thursday am whale presentation at the Whale Sanctuary located next door as well as impressive facility and learning center. Front desk reception very helpful with rules and amenities of condo building very spelled out for everyone’s enjoyment.

Clean, modern and comfortable

The owner of this condo is great to work with. I had a few questions during my stay and Sharon responded immediately. The condo is modern and clean. All of the appliances in the kitchen work great. The countertops are new and look very nice. The flooring in the condo is new and there is no carpet, which I think is very nice since the tile and wood flooring does not trap dust, sand and dirt and is easy to clean. The bathrooms have been updated and are tiled beautifully. There are tower fans and ceiling fans plus ductless a/c. I run a little hot so having fans, tradewinds or a/c to choose from is a big plus. There are beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, snorkels, fins, masks, etc. in the unit so no need to buy or rent these items. I really appreciate the rotating pantry. We have rented dozens of condos in the past and most are completely deprived of any kitchen conveniences such as coffee filters, ketchup, mustard, salt/pepper and the like. The fridge had a little bit of everything. If you use up the last of an item, you replace it. We saved big $ on groceries by not having to stock the entire kitchen ourselves! The high point of the unit for us was it does not possess the tacky bamboo furniture and uncomfortable living room seating as so many of the units in Maui. The two futon/couches are modern and comfortable. Another thing that was appreciated is there is a small safe in the unit to keep your valuables. Would highly recommend this unit.

Sharon and her property are great! Easy to get to, easy to access (so great that the property has an elevator) comfortable and delightful furnishings - everything was super. Sharon's responsiveness to questions is the best and she has her home "stocked" so very well. Get to the unit before you make a store run. You may not need to purchase those condiments, etc, that you thought you might need! Great time!

North Kihei Stay

My husband and I, as well as a second couple stayed at the condo and were very pleased with the accommodations. The place was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with amenities. We really enjoyed that there were floaties and other beach accessories! We were there at the peak of whale season and rented a kayak that we took right out of the bay at the condo and got up close and personal with amazing wildlife! The roof views of sunsets were spectacular, and the Indian restaurant in the building was delicious! I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Nice condo

Loved the lanai as it was shaded all day long so was always comfortable. Condo sited so that with all doors and windows open there is a nice breeze right through it. Never had to use the AC. Lots of supplies and kitchen was well equipped. Close to Kihei road so there is quite a bit of road noise during the day until 10 pm or so. If condo closed up you probably would not notice it. Enjoyed the on site restaurant. Owner quick to reply to questions.

Enjoyed our stay. Sunsets were gorgeous, we saw whales and turtles everyday. Loved watching people play shuffleboard, kids playing from the lanai. Especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and coffee in the unit as we got there in the wee hours. Would stay here again

Great Location

Very nice grounds. Near beach and lot's of turtles. Pretty much everything you need in the condo. The 4 beach chairs and umbrella are pretty well used, but hey, lot's of places don't provide those amenities. (One thing, if you are looking for a place that has a fitness center, this property doesn't have one). Kitchen well stocked with what's needed. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Clean comfortable condo right on the beach.

We really enjoyed staying here with our family. The place was clean, stocked with anything you might need for the beach and such a beautiful view. It was very convenient having beach chairs and towels there at the condo. The restaurant on the ground floor was AMAZING too! Traveling with a 4 year old is never easy but having the fold down sofa was such a blessing. Everyone slept good while we were there. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a Nice place to stay.
