***New Updates and Upgrades - We just completed updating our condo! We've listened to our previous guests and took many of their suggestions and did a large update of our condo. Here are some of the updates:

New kitchen with new cabinets, counters, appliances, lighting and more.
Bedroom - New bed, ceiling fan, furniture, air conditioning, TV and new door
Bathroom - New vanity with new counter, sink, lighting, fixtures and new door.
Living Area - New furniture, dining room set, TV, lighting, ceiling fan
Fresh new paint throughout the condo along with new art work, fixtures and more!

Welcome to our pristine and inviting ground floor condo! Our fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, tea kettle, rice cooker and all cookware, glassware and utensils offers the convenience to prepare full meals and store leftovers from neighboring restaurants.

Comfortable furnishings include a new Queen size living room sofa sleeper, ceiling fans, cool tile floors, bedroom air conditioning and fresh clean linens and towels.

To help you pack less and make your beach excursions more enjoyable, we have a complete set of beach gear available for your use. Beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, beach mats, sand toys, beach towels, a beach bag, and body boards are ready for you to take to the beach.

Our great property management team/ on island host, Sunny Maui Vacations, will do all they can to ensure you have a great Maui trip! They are available 24 hrs/ 7 days a week if you have any questions or concerns while you're on the island and they offer concierge services to help you book your all of your Maui adventures, reserve tee times, book your luau and more!

The Kihei Kai Nani is nestled across the street from Kamaole II Beach, which is a long stretch of beach with soft sand, a gentle slope into the water and excellent snorkeling and swimming. Come sundown, Kamaole II Beach is a picturesque spot to view breathtaking sunsets. Surrounding the Kihei Kai Nani are several restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance.

Right in the heart of Kihei, easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable and nice amenities (beach chairs, cooler, towels). Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Awesome stay in Kihei!

This property was amazing and so close to the beach. It was awesome to have the convenience of the beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers! Communication with the host was very straight-forward and they were so helpful!

Best location in Maui! Fantastic unit!

This was such an easy stay! The management company went above and beyond to make every part of our stay perfect! This is THE location to stay in Maui! You are literally across the street from the best beach.

The condo we stayed at met all expectations. The owners have upgraded the home so it was great. The location is central and close to all amenities and beach. I would recommend staying at this condo any time as it has everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable including all beach items and kitchen items.

Great access and very clean.

I'm not going to repeat what everyone else is saying but I will agree - it's a great place. Comfortable and clean. Well equipped. Right across from Kam 2 beach. We have stayed at this complex to three times now in three different units and this one is the best so far. It's perfect for those who like to cook and want to have immediate access to the beach. It's a 20 minute walk to the restaurant corridor but there are food options right out the door. Also a nice grocery store and ABC down a few blocks.

Short Vacation

A great condo. Easy access to the beach and great food. Very clean and comfortable with everything needed for your stay. Very fair nightly rate for the location. My wife and I have no complaints or reservations about recommending this condo.

Excelent central location. Seamless stay

Checkin check out processes were seamless. Excellent communication from host. Unit was professionally cleaned and had all the amenities for stay including kitchen ware and beach supplies. The place right across the street from beautiful kamaole beach as advertised. One suggestion for the host would be to make some closet space for people to unpack our stuff during the stay.

Wonderful apartment in Kihei

This is a nice apartment in Kihei. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment also had beach chairs, umbrella, cooler… it was comfortable and clean, good AC. The complex also had an outdoor shower for returning from the beach. Ample parking space available. Walking distance to numerous food options and restaurants, and a lovely beach right across the street. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We are so sorry for losing the keys, the host was very kind and accommodating.

Great communication and location

This place greatly exceeded expectations because of the location and amenities. Communication with the property company was efficient and responsive. There was a slight mixup on one of the procedures, but the company sorted it out quickly. Having the equipment for the beach made it so convenient. Only thing I'd suggest is an operation manual for the air conditioner and the timer in the living room area. Wonderful place!

most convenient location for everything!

best stay i’ve ever had during vacation. the location was super convenient and 2 min walk to the beach! it’s such a good spot for quickly going to watch the sunset and look for crabs at night and of course beach during the day. it’s in the middle ground of most of the attractions i wanted so driving was perfect to and from. the condo itself is super nice! coffee machine and toaster are top notch haha i use both every day. even the pull out couch was super soft and comfortable! AC in bedroom and the living room. when i come back I’ll def be staying here using this host. he was very friendly and easy to talk to! thank you so much for the stay! -Wendy

Wonderful place to stay!

This condo is so close to everything you could possibly need. It’s newly updated and very clean! The chairs, umbrella and towels were so helpful to have too. Also loved how it was such a short walk to the beach! Only thing that was sort of confusing was that in the photos online it still has the before pictures and the updated ones which without reading the little description as I swiped through confused me and actually made me skip the listing a couple of times. I highly suggest deleting the old photos and just keeping the updated photos. Other than that, everything about this place is great!! Will definitely be coming back!

I felt overall our stay was good. Unit was mostly clean upon check-in. It looked as described except the view wasn’t that great. Often we looked out at a dumpster or a fence and the view from the bedroom was non existant. The furnishing were good however the mattress pad had stains all over on it. Gross!! There were a few things that could have been better. I had to sweep and vacuum the floor upon arrival. There was coffee spilled on the bathroom door and the top of the refrigerator is very dusty. There was a box of garbage sitting outside under the stairs the entire time we were there. Kinda yucky!! There were instructions for check out so wasn’t sure what was expected of us.

Great beach apartment

The place felt secure, the kitchen had the essentials, the home was great for a work vacation. The location was right next to the beach and a short walk to some restaurants. Great price for what you get.
