Enjoy the ocean breezes and panoramic unobstructed ocean views from this second floor unit. This condo and location will be more than you could ever expect. It sure did surprise us. Great sunrise and moonrises over Haleakala, from the bedroom, and the most amazing Maui sunsets from the privacy of your own lanai. Location is everything.

THIS CONDO CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 3 PEOPLE. However groups of more than 3 there is an extra charge of $20 per night. Unfortunately the condo is not child safe due to the stainless steel wire ropes design.

You can enjoy the lanai and watch the whales (in season) or surfers directly across from the tennis court, after a busy day at the beach or site seeing. Just minutes to the beach, Kihei marketplace, grocery store, and many fine restaurants.


Terms and Conditions

Deposits and Cancellation Policy:

For a deposit refund, less a $100 fee, cancellation is required 40 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 40 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

Check- In time is 3:00 P.M. Check-Out time is 11:00 A.M.

A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.

All rates subject to 17.416% Hawaii State Tax. A $200 deposit is due within 10 days of confirmation to secure reservation. Full prepayment is due 40 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas reservations.

Minimum 3 night stay or service fee will be added.

There is a $175 cleaning fee for all stays. Maid service is available upon request at an additional charge.

Special rates available for 28 day stay or longer. All rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

Incredible stay

Great place to relax or use as a base to explore all Maui has to offer. Walking distance to everything you would need, beaches, parks, restaurants, bars, shops, grocery store. Pool area is very well kept and has a great view overlooking the ocean. 10/10 stay would highly recommend!

Great location located right in heart of Kihei. Walking distance to great beaches, food locations, and other amenities. Owner very communicative and everything was as described. Condo very clean and organized with all items you could want.

Amazing place in Kihei! Beautiful condo, great balcony with spectacular views of the ocean and sunset. Walking distance to everything Kihei has to offer! Can't wait to come back!

Awesome experience

Condo was setup fantastic. Comfortable, warm and inviting. Our first time staying at a place like this and had a truly remarkable experience. Everything one could want was there. From cooking, laundry, comfort. The view from the lanai was amazing. Saw whales every day. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely home in quaint neighborhood

The home is conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, and stores. The home is well kept and spacious. I’d recommend the home for a couple or small family looking to enjoy everything Kihei has to offer!

Thank you for an incredible stay!

The condo was beyond our expectations! It had everything we needed including beach equipment and beach-specific toiletries. The view was incredible, and it was so fun to see the morning surfers and the sunsets. The location was walkable to some incredible dining options and Kalama Park beach, and drivable to many Maui destination spots.

Absolute Paradise!

We are so sad to be leaving, we absolutely loved our stay here. You will want for absolutely nothing at this property, truly. It is so well equipped, it truly has anything you could need for your stay. The bed was very comfortable, the condo itself was lovely, and we loved the patio where we watched the surf lessons every morning and sunset at night. The food truck park within walking distance was great and had some great spots!

Ocean View at a great value!

Just spent three great days in this lovely condo. I highly recommend it .... perfect location .... very clean and well maintained. I've stayed in many VRBO properties and this one has the most in unit amenities ... I've ever experienced... kitchen, bath ... loaded with every possible thing you could want or need .... while enjoying your time in Kihei.

I rate this place a 5 star! It’s clean, the host is really good at getting back with you quickly. This trip had some hiccups with a storm but no fault of the host. He called electric company and Spectrum. I hope to stay here on my next visit. I highly recommend!

Quick weekend in paradise

This condo was perfectly place and close to everything you’ll want or need. We both enjoyed our stay. King mattress was really comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked including spices. Drip coffee maker Beach chairs Beach towels You won’t regret.

Love this location

If you’re wanting a beautiful ocean view, walking distance to anything you need and the bonus of a pool, you need to stay here. This condo is exactly as described. Being on the second floor gives you a perfect spot to watch Mauis amazing sunsets as well as enjoying the surfers all day. You can easily walk to restaurants, groceries, cocktails and shopping. We will definitely be back.

Ocean Views

This condo was so homey and comfortable. We had wondered if there would be street noise, but we seldom noticed traffic noise at all. We were able to walk to so many things - food, restaurants, shopping, activity rentals, and Kraken Coffee! We had absolutely everything we needed and more. The view from the lanai was just gorgeous - watching surf lessons in the morning and beautiful sunsets in the evening. We would absolutely stay here again.

Unit 216 was perfect, so much so we added on 3 more days!!! The condo has a fantastic view, loved waking up and watching the surfers. The unit had everything, very clean with all the updates. Great place, great location!

Great place to stay, unit was clean and the most well-stocked of anywhere I have stayed. Host provided everything that I needed and more. Pool is freezing cold, I was told it is heated but is definitely not. Unit is very dark inside and you need lights on even during the day. Other than that, it is a wonderful place and I would recommend it to anyone. AC works well, mini split in bedroom and living areas. Comfortable bed too!

Great Stay

Our stay was short and sweet. The accommodations were as advertised. Probably could not find a better spot to view the awesome sunsets. There were an abundance of amenities, however could not find any shampoo, no biggie. Final issue, my wife removed her shoes as requested at the door and found quickly that the floors, although nothing noticeable on the floor were quite dirty. Overall, very nice stay and would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful location and sunset on Maui.
