Upon arrival (or the following morning) all guests with vehicles will need to go to the front desk to register for a parking pass. You can also ask for the pool code at this time. Please note that smoking is only permitted on the Maui Banyan property in the two designated smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted in our condo, on our lanai or on the complex grounds other then in the smoking areas.

Aloha, Welcome to our Maui Banyan Retreat. We love Maui and visit often, replacing items and upgrading our condo as needed.

Our walk-out unit is on the ground floor in the Q building of the popular Maui Banyan Resort. Features include stainless steel appliances and granite counters in the kitchen, granite counters in the bathrooms, tile floors throughout and solid wood furniture. This 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a king sized bed and a queen sized sofa bed is perfect for a couples getaway or a family with small children. Watch cable TV on the Vizio smart TV in the living room that has a DVD/blu ray player. There is a Denon stereo system for you to listen to your favorite island music on local radio stations. The bedroom TV has a Vizio TV as well and both TV’s have basic cable. Wireless internet and one parking space are included.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the lanai amid tropical foliage and warm tradewinds. Our unit is just steps to the pool, hot tub and BBQ area. Relax by the pool in a recliner, enjoy a beverage in the hot tub using plastic glasses supplied in the condo or grill your steaks and enjoy your dinner poolside, where there are tables and chairs. Our condo is conveniently located near the upper pool area that has a hot tub, shower, washrooms and 6 immaculate Weber grill's, 3 inside the pool area and 3 outside the pool area. There are also 6 other grills in the lower pool area.

Our kitchen has solid wood cupboards, granite counters and stainless appliances . Fully equipped this kitchen has a fridge with ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, full sized drip coffeemaker and well as a keurig, toaster, electric kettle and blender. The kitchen island has 2 bar stools. The bathrooms have solid wood cabinets and granite countertops. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

For your convenience our condo has an assortment of beach equipment which may include pails and shovels, beach chairs, towels, boogy boards, snorkeling equipment, coolers, beach mats, beach umbrella and tennis rackets. Just bring sunscreen (reef safe please) and you are set for a day at the beach or the pool. Wander through the lush tropical complex gardens to Kamaole II's white sand beach just across the street from the resort. Swim, snorkel, suntan or play in the waves at Kamaole II. If you prefer grilling with briquets the beach park has small outdoor grills.

Walk to restaurants, shops, bike rentals and an ABC store. Try the local coffee shops or walk the 1.4 miles to Starbucks. Though a car is not necessary to enjoy your time in Kihei, there are so many great Maui's activities and attractions an easy drive away, including world renown beaches, restaurants and shopping in Wailea, Makena and Kaanapalii.
