Oceanview Top Floor Condo, with Internet Access.

  • This bright, yet cool, condo has a private lanai that offers a view of both ocean and mountains. In addition to being right across the street from one of Maui's best swimming beaches, you will enjoy being close to grocery stores, shops, movie theater, restaurants and a bi-weekly farmers market. Snorkeling, whale watching and windsurfing are all nearby.

    Full kitchen with all full-size major appliances including a gas cook top stove, full-size fridge, dishwasher, and kitchen disposal.Entertainment centre in living room containing stereo/tape/cd player, television and vcr/dvd combination.

    There are new restaurants opening up continually on Maui. Fortunately right next door a great Mexican style restaurant has opened. Fantastic food and extremely well priced. Fun for all and you don't need a car to get there.
    Location
    As everybody knows, location is everything, and Kihei Akahi is in the best location in Maui. It is in the best areas for beaches, fun, and shopping. Walk to most everything you need including grocery shopping. Foodland and ABC stores just a few blocks away. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Air conditioner is in the living room and have ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Very comfortable.

This condo was perfect for our stay. Everything you need for a day at the beach is provided . The complex has beautiful grounds that includes two pools and it’s very quiet and peaceful. Great communication from the host and the check in process was very easy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great place and view of.the ocean. Saw a whale breaching and and putting on a show the first time I stepped out on the balcony, so that was an awesome way to start the trip! There is also pretty good snorkelling at the perfect beach across the street. Timed it and was 4 minutes from the door to the water..amazing.

We have stayed in several units in the Kihei Akahi and this was one of the better ones. Nice view from 6th floor and away from the noise of both pools on the property.Bill was a pleasure to communicate with and check in was easy. We had one small issue with the cable box not working but the management company was quick to respond and we got it sorted out quickly.I will be recommending the unit to friends and family. Mahalo, Bill.

Across the beach park!

Nice top level condo with plenty of beach toys to use. Ocean view from the lanai in a very quiet complex. Loved the proximity to town and beach!

Excellent location, best in Kihei, right across the road from the best beach on the island! Plus, all kinds of cafes and shops within walking distance. The condo was perfect for us with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The complex is quiet and has a nice pool area. The condo is on the top floor which was very nice, and the elevator was just around the corner from the unit. And of course, you cannot beat the ocean view from the lanai which just puts that cherry on top! Bill is a great host, and communication was prompt and pleasant. He made sure to explain everything, checked in with us prior and during the stay. It was an absolute pleasure working with Bill!

We stayed in Kihei Akahi C611 for two weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit and the entire complex. Location is perfect close to all amenities and within walking distance.Unit C611 was clean, comfortable and well supplied. Communication with the Property Manager was excellent and we appreciated them checking in a day after we arrived to ensure everything was as described. They again checked in with us a day before departure to offer any assistance with our departure.Bill the Owner made it a point of also checking in with us a few times to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.Everything was up to our expectations for our entire stay and we will keep checking when this Unit is available again to book.

Absolutely Perfect Stay in Kihei!I had an incredible time at this Kihei condo! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and umbrellas. The lanai was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee with an ocean breeze and evening sunsets.The location is unbeatable—just across from the beautiful Kam 2 beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and cafes. The complex was quiet and well-maintained, with 2 great pools and BBQ area that I took full advantage of.The host was responsive, friendly, and I had the easiest check-in and check-out I’ve ever experienced. Great Vacation Experience

I can't say enough wonderful things about this rental condo on Maui, Hawaii! The ocean view was wonderful — truly one of the highlights of our trip. The balcony on the 6th floor provided a picture-perfect vantage point where we could enjoy both sunrises over the hill and magical sunsets over the ocean. It felt like paradise every single day!The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and stress-free vacation. From beach chairs and umbrellas to snorkeling gear and swimming essentials, everything was thoughtfully provided. It made our beach outings so much easier and more enjoyable!The location couldn’t have been more convenient. With easy beach access just steps away and a short walk to shops and restaurants, we had everything at our fingertips. Plus, having a designated parking spot was such a relief and added to the convenience.Overall, we had an amazing experience staying here. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and perfectly situated for both relaxation and adventure. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable Hawaiian getaway!

Very nice condo with an ocean view from the lanai. Super easy beach access, and walking to shops. There are beach, chairs, hats, and body boards to use as well, fully equipped kitchen!Bill has great communication, he’s very nice and it shows he really cares about his guests! Great location! Our condo was in Kihei and centrally located to anywhere we wanted to go . We could walk to restaurants as well as drive . Bill , the owner , was very easy to communicate with and professional. I would highly recommend this condo !

Bill was great to deal with and easily available. The check in, location, and overall stay was great. The condo itself is older and could use updating in the bathroom, but the kitchen and family room have been updated, and the view from the balcony was great!

We had a great time on Maui again, loved the view to Haleakala and Ocean from the Lanai. It was our 3. time in Bill’s condo. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Close to beaches and restaurants. Until next year Manfred
