Ocean Front...steps to the sand! Panoramic Ocean Views! 180 Degree views of West Maui Mountains, Lanai, Kahoolawe, and Molokini! Unit beautifully remodeled in 2021. Year round sunsets; turtles, sailboats and surfers abound. Watch whales from your lanai in the winter! Private ocean-facing lanai. Located on quiet lliili Street in South Kihei; very little road noise. Nestled between Charley Young Beach and Cove Park; two of South Maui's finest beaches. Walking distance to beaches, shopping and excellent restaurants. Free, assigned, partially covered parking. This is a sweet little boutique complex, right off the water, and right next to the only surfing beach in Kihei! You can sit on your lanai and watch the surfers go out! Community laundry on site and for your use. Come spend your vacation with us, you will be so grateful you did!!

Great location

Amazing views, they thought of just about everything you'd need for a great time. Toilet space was a bit tight for taller people. Very close to local dining, they had a great book with local information

This corner unit has direct ocean views from two sides, and is very tastefully decorated with a beach vibe. Everything you’ll need is stocked in the kitchen and there are beach chairs and umbrellas as well. The laundry is a shared, coin-op laundry and the bedroom is on the street side of the condo which was sometimes noisy in the early mornings, especially on garbage day. But the coziness of the condo and the incredible location, steps from the beach, made it a place we’d definitely return to!
