Oceanfront Condo at Sugar Beach Resort- Stunning Sunsets and Beach Front

  • Premier Hosts! - Book with confidence - Sugar Beach is zoned as a Resort and won't be subject to any legislation that might change its usage.
    Please note: the pool will be closed for maintenance from September 14 to 27/2026 For this inconvenience the rate for time frame has been reduced to $225.000 from 290.00. Many people prefer swimming in the ocean, so the pool lounge chairs will be moved to the grassy area in front of the pool, which is directly in-front of the beach. Washrooms are still available.

    Unit #323, one of the nicest one bedroom oceanfront condos at Sugar Beach Resort, located on the 3rd floor of the Mill Building!

    Completely updated with modern kitchen, washer/dryer, central air conditioning and private lanai. Renovated bathroom, new flooring and modern paint scheme are just a few of the many updates to this ocean front paradise.

    The unit has two flat screen televisions, one in the bedroom and one in the living room with DVD and Stereo. Wireless high speed internet access and unlimited long distance calling between the US and Canada are all included FREE OF CHARGE!!

    Sugar Beach Resort is in Kihei and situated on miles of sandy beach. Resort features include a large pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.

    14 September 2026 - 20 September 2026 the large pool will not be available due to the annual maintenance, as such the rates are reduced for those days.

    A beach front BBQ area is a popular meeting spot for nights you feel like cooking outdoors.

My husband and I spent 5 days in Doreen's condo on Sugar Beach. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Maui. Spotless, fully stocked and the MOST comfortable bed! But the view from the lanai is the star! We could have spent the whole trip on the lanai looking at the amazing view of the ocean and listening to the waves! Lovely, clean and well-stocked condo. Beautiful view with the sound of the waves crashing the only real noise we heard-other than roosters crowing!. Sunsets from the lanai were spectacular. Fantastic Maui getaway

The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. The view from the lanai was absolutely stunning. There was ample parking, grounds and pool area were beautiful and well maintained. Access to the beach was easy to get to. Condo was quiet at night. Owner was quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating. We definitely would stay here again when we return to Maui!!

Great Place to Stay

Sugar Beach resort was a great place to stay. It is located close to so many attractions. We had a 10 minute ride the pier, and a 20 minute ride from the airport. They have shops on property to grab a bite to eat or a drink. The pool was clean and well maintain. The beach was wonderful to watch the sunset each evening. We had a wonderful view of the sunset from our balcony. The unit was clean and we had what we needed to cook.

This is our third time staying at the Sugar Brach Resort. We absolutely loved our unit and the incredible view. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The unit itself had all the amenities you would need. We will definitely be renting this unit again. Thank you Doreen!!
