Jacuzzi bath & shower in primary, 2nd bedroom can be twin beds or converted to king, Washer/Drier, dishwasher. Fully Outfitted kitchen, electric grill on lanai. Central AC, Outdoor shower, 1 private parking spot, landscaping, towels, bedding, hairdryers, soap, TP, beach chairs, umbrella etc. Fabulous monkey pod tree provides shade in late afternoon!
