This spectacular TOP floor unit features Split System air conditioning which allows for individual climate control in each room. The A/C accommodates year-round enjoyment of the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, completely accessorized and newly remodeled bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner has recently decorated the unit in a Hawaiian Tropical theme which lends itself to complete enjoyment inside along with the beautifully landscaped complex grounds outside. All unit appliances are new and feature every convenience. This condo includes an in unit extra large stackable washer/dryer for all your laundry needs. Above all else, this unit allows for complete enjoyment of both beautiful views and sounds of ocean waves throughout your stay.
This unit is on the top floor in the building that is accessed easily by stairs or elevator. Vacationers will enjoy the closest walk to nearby Charlie Young and Kamaole beaches for swimming, snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, surfing and beach walking. Unit provides Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels with a cooler that will complement your beach experience. Unique to this unit are two side by side parking places which easily can accommodate a full-size utility vehicle or two compact size vehicles. There really isn’t a need for a guest to book two vehicles as most everything imaginable is within walking distance, including grocery, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Central to the South Kihei area, this unit is also a short drive to Wailea and international renowned golf courses.
The en-suite master bedroom and bathroom provide a gorgeous tiled glass walk in shower with built in craftsman maple wood closet organizers. The second bedroom suite embraces an ocean view and also includes a tiled tub/shower combination. The complex provides guests a swimming pool, hot tub and gas BBQ picnic area with several grills.
This unit is a non-smoking unit. No smoking allowed in the unit or on Lanai. However, there are 2 designated smoking areas.

This is a great place to stay! AC in Living and Bedrooms - this was so nice to have! Communicating with the host was easy. Response time was quick and helpful. Very convenient to the beach. Quite complex. The condo had everything (and more) that we needed. We had a great time and would recommend staying here for your trip to Maui!

Really excellent stay!

We rented 3 condos at this development for our family of 9; this one was the best equipped, best view, best host. Everything was provided, with useful instruction and great recommendations. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

You can’t get much better than this location - you can walk to restaurants, shops and the beach across the street! Communication was really easy and I received very quick responses! Would stay again.

Location, location, location!

Can’t beat the location with a great beach across the street with decent snorkeling too (turtles and fish). The condo had so many extras like beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and ice packs, snacks, bottled water, and coffee! We appreciated the clear instructions and it was so thoughtfully appointed and clean. It was also within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and snorkeling rentals. Would definitely stay there again.

Spent a couple of weeks in Kihei. The vrbo was great. Clean and well stocked with all of the necessities. A short walk to the beach and many nearby restaurants. Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay.

Amazing stay in June 2024

The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo was wonderful to stay at. Beautiful view of the ocean and (I think) the island of Lanai, could even see a part of Haleakala from the balcony. Very clean and had all the tools and appliances. Owner very well organized and will communicate efficiently.

Awesome, cozy spot

This place was an amazing stay with an even more amazing host. So communicative and always prompt with responses. Place was made available for early check in when she saw we arrived early and everything was top notch clean. The cupboards are always stuffed with random goodies and it was cherry on top with all the beach equipment needed for a day trip across the street. Would love to stay here again!

Great location ,easy parking ,great communication. Centrally located in Kihei town easy walk to all local beaches, restaurants and Foodland. Super friendly and responsive owner that lives on the Maui (support local) . One for few places we have stayed were the living room couch/futon was not worn-out or uncomfortable after a few hrs of use.

Great location!

Amazing location in Kihei, close to everything and right across the street from the beach. Unit was clean and comfortable and the A/C was a great bonus for those hotter days. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were well stocked. An elevator was available which was great since this unit is up a few floors. Complex seems very family friendly. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the Kihei area.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed and then some. Nice touch to have a cooler we could use for our daily adventures. We had a repair issue and it was taken care of immediately. The bedroom facing the sun in the afternoons got very hot! The A/C did not cool down at night to a comfortable temp after being off all day.

We were kinda disappointed regarding TV’s in each bedrooms. We thought that there was a TV on each room. Also the construction area besides the condo was some kind noisy in the morning around 6:30-7am. This was not on the website. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant and relaxing.

Well appointed, clean and quiet

Condo was well appointed with lots of labels and clear instructions. Kitchen had everything we needed except a kettle to boil water. There was construction going on at the neighboring property that produced vibrations but we weren't in the property that often during the day so it wasn't a huge inconvenience. We didn't hear any noise from neighboring condos. Two dedicated parking spots was great. No fighting for a parking space like I've experienced in other condos. We found the beds to be extremely soft, which we didn't find to be comfortable but that is probably personal preference. Good location and great communication from the host. Would definitely stay here again
