Beautiful condo, excellent location

It’s the nicest, most updated condo we’ve stayed in. Location is close to beach, parks, restaurants, and shops. George is very prompt with replies and great to deal with. We’d love to stay in this condo again!

Great Apartment Close to Beach!

5 min walk from the beach and 10 min to a lively area including a food truck park! Apartment was clean with all the necessities for a great trip to Maui!

Great place, ideal location

This property was perfect for our needs, cute little balcony with a sea view and everything you need. It was so quiet and we slept so well. The pools are very small but you are so close to the beach that it doesn’t even matter. Only improvement I can think of is offering a full length mirror.

Great Condo in the Heart of Kihei

My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect place. The view from lanai was beautiful. The condo was the perfect size for a couple. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler that was provided. We were able to walk to a lot a restaurants and attractions. The property was quiet. George is very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this place!

Great place

Great place with a great location, very central to everything in Kihei, and wasn’t more than an hour drive to anything else we wanted to do. Definitely would stay again. So much to do we didn’t even get around to using the pool or tennis courts but both looked nice. Short walk to the beach was great.

Beautiful Stay in Maui

My husband and I have been coming to Maui for a number of years now and we’re delighted to have had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful property at Maui Vista. This being our 10 year anniversary was made extra special staying at this lovely and clean condo. We will definitely be back to not only this island but to stay at this property as well.

The location and access to the beach was perfect! And the Condo was very nicely renovated and clean inside, with comfortable furniture and bed and it had some nice touches like beach chairs, umbrella and towels, everything you need to have a wonderful vacation! It also has a nice pool and tennis/pickleball courts! We enjoyed every minute!

our first sisters trip

The perfect condo for my first sisters trip. We had 1 bedroom.,plus a pull out couch. George had almost everything we needed. I left the next person our reusable shopping bags and a soft sided cooler for the beach. Loved having a fridge that made ice. We had coffee on the lanai every morning. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks George. Couldn't asked for a more convenient location for our first ever sisters trip.

I cannot say enough good things about this property and George. His response time was quick, the property was super close to the beach and the unit had everything we needed to have a good time. Kihei is also great cause it’s close to lots of restaurants without being too busy like other areas. The unit itself was lovely. We enjoyed staying there. Everything was clean and the modern. The appliances were brand name and worked great. Highly recommend and would come back to this property again.

Great place!

Stayed at this condo for a week with my teenage son and, as someone who travels a lot and has high standards, this is a great condo. Spotlessly clean, tasteful decor, nice view, completely functioning appliances (including all of the remotes for fans, AC and TV), and a very well outfitted kitchen including great pans and sharp knives. George was very helpful with local recommendations and provided clear communication on check in and check out. The property is very close to a great beach and an easy walk into Kihei. Condo complex is nothing fancy but it's clean, well maintained and has nice landscaping and plenty of parking. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks George!

Great home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maui Vista. This unit was clearly updated, clean, and had a beautiful partial view of the ocean. It was stocked well with beach equipment (chairs, umbrella) & kitchen supplies. The only reason I give it a 4 for cleanliness & accuracy of listing is due to the following: the umbrella was missing the corkscrew end for the sand, the boogie board was kid-sized in an adult only unit, the water filter had green film on the inside. Overall, we had a great experience and would return again!

PERFECTION

Everything about George’s condo in Maui Vista was perfect. Perfect location, easy check in/check out, the place was spotless, bed was comfortable, and the AC units felt phenomenal after long days hiking in the sun. Parking was no issue either, it is included and all you need to do is obtain your parking pass from the office upon arrival. The property has 24/7 security patrolling, so any belongings we left in the car we had no worries with. Located less than a half mile away from South Maui Gardens/Food Truck Oasis, we ate at a different place every night. Located within a few blocks of Kam 1,2,3, also less than 10 minutes to Wailea (our fav beach ended up being Ulua). We put tons of research into the area we wanted to stay in and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Save yourself the time we spent researching and go ahead and feel comfortable booking here. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing and affordable

We had the best stay here. This was our first trip to Maui, so this was the perfect location. Close to the food trucks. And the beach is just a few steps away. The condo was very clean and quiet.
