I loved the view, the manager was wonderful, I liked the shopping cart that were available for loading and unloading. The condo had umbrella, chairs, cooler, etc for beach enjoyment. I would rent again.

Perfect location. Check in was easy. Called next day to see if we needed anything, everything was simple. Noise from the cars is loud but quiets at 9pm. Furniture was old, but clean. Only one beach chair was in a closet and it was ripped and unusable, minor. Lots of towels, bedding and an overall friendly spot to spend sometime away.

This property has never been updated since it was purchased. From the ancient decor and furniture to the cabinetry this property is in dire need of a Reno. The paint is discoloured and marks everywhere with the countertops having temporary grout because of damage. The tv at times would work mostly not and the water pressure for the toilets was horrible often not flushing properly. The only thing that makes this unit worth staying in is past tenants leaving beach items for reuse. The description of this unit is general to all the units of this site therefore deceptive. I was super disappointed with the up keep of this unit. There should be standards required for each rental unit to be upgraded. The only bonus is walkability to the beach and town.

I was very happy with our condo. It was perfect for our family, although the property manager was extra annoying and he does not know how to communicate with guests. One of my doors got locked the day we arrived and I asked him if he knew how to open the door. He said I had to contact the property owner. Because he couldn’t do anything about it. Everyone else was nice except for him. He was always checking on us and we caught him taking pictures of us without our permission, when he could just come to us and let us know what we were doing wrong, my sister approached him and asked him why he explained and he started yelling “get off my property” when she was standing on the grass. Our last night there we were at the pool and once again he came and started saying things at my daughter and another girl she was playing with, she said no diving but before they did that there was another family doing the same thing and we didn’t see him come to tell them anything. Like I said everything was great. My only issue was that grumpy and annoying so called property manager.

The resident manager is dreadful. He is rude aggressive and abrasive. We were treated very poorly by him. He berated my 25 year old daughter for parking our rental bikes in the wrong area. Even after she appologised he was still very aggressive and rude. Later in the afternoon she and I were swimming and he came and screamed at us that there was no running or canon balling in the pool. We were not doing either. I tried to tell him we were not, he just kept pointing to the rules sign and repeating "there are rules for safety". We are not children. We were just floating in the pool. No apologising calmed him. He was Awful. We left 2 days early and rented a new condo elsewhere for the remainder of our stay. We will never rent at Maui Park Shores again. The grounds are beautiful. But being outside of your condo leaves room for a run in with the dreadful resident manager.The condo was run down. The carpet was pretty gross and the couch was all stained up. 2 Thumbs down. It is cheep for a reason. For the sake of your vacation spend a little more and go elsewhere.

Old place for a $$$ amount of money you pay

the location is perfect front beach with in walking distance, condominium needs a furniture,blankets,towels & drapes updates. bathrooms , plants & frames needs to be dust .. this place is more quite noises free senior living... if your coming with a big family size & kids? I wouldn’t recommend it at all.. property manager is a mean person and No comunicación skills .

Was a great location, has everything you need in the condo. Building manager would play favourites with guests, allowing older long term residents to do as they please while kicking little girls out of the pool for not having an elastic in their hair.

ビーチへのアクセスは良く、朝は散歩、昼間はビーチ、夕方はサンセットと満喫できます。 買い物は近くのABCが簡単な惣菜等もあり重宝しました。 施部屋はオーナー毎に多少の違いはあるようです。 施設は、プールや庭、ゴミ捨場の清掃も行き届いており気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。 ゴミ捨ては各階にダストシューターがあるので便利でしたよ。

We liked that we were directly across the street from the beach. However, 202 is too close and gets a lot of road noise, as well as neighbors talking loudly from the adjoining property. We liked being next to the tennis courts. The furniture in this unit was worn out and uncomfortable. The carpet was very dirty.

The condo itself was great My suggestions for improvement would be some memory foam on the beds for added comfort The kitchen needed more coffee cups and the knives need to be replaced All in all a very comfortable place to stay and convenient for a fantastic beach

The property is right across the from kamole beach III. It was a perfect view. We loved the beach things included, the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and towels. The only negative was no air conditioning.

They are out cleaning everyday and keeping the property in excellent condition. They do have a lot of rules, but it keeps the property nice, peaceful, and clean. I would definitely stay here again if we went back to Maui!
