Thank you for considering our ocean view condo in paradise! Our condo is right across Kamaole Beach Park II in the G building on the South side of the Maui Banyan Resort. The G building is the most sought after as it is closest to the beach without being right next to the road.

Our 'G' condo is a third floor, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit. The condo has a fully equipped, all stainless steel kitchen. Luxurious travertine tile surround the walk-in showers. With three AC units and three ceiling fans, this remodeled condo will keep you cool and comfortable all day long. Comfortable King and Full size beds will let you have a restful sleep after a fun-filled day. Covered gazebos and BBQ grills poolside provide a fun and relaxing tropical party. The Maui Banyan tropical landscaping with majestic palm trees, Birds of Paradise, and bamboo groves surround the resort and its two pools and two hot tubs. A tennis court keeps your backhand in tip-top form while you are away in paradise! It is truly a great place to stay without the high-end fees from high-end resorts.

The plan was very clean, perfect for a family with the two rooms and had a nice patio. Walking distance to everything which was great from a location perspective. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful family stay!

The condo was clean and well-equipped! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area as well as the beach right across the street (the provided chairs, umbrella and boards were perfect!). We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was very good at communicating and quickly taking care of a couple of issues we had. The location right across the street from Kamaoele 2 and the proximity to the pool made this a really convenient place to stay.

Perfect stay at Maui Banyan

This condo is located on the other side of the street, right next to a beautiful beach. The view from the condo was beautiful. The condo was very well equipped with beach amenities. All you would need in a kitchen is there. The pool was very nice and the barbecues were always clean. The condo was also very clean when we arrived. I strongly recommend this place!

Wonderful!!

It was perfect for us. We loved our balcony view and ate breakfast there every morning. Close walking distance to our favorite restaurant and the ocean with great snorkeling was across the street. We got a condo with two rooms. We thought the second door was locked but pushed hard and it opened. The place was clean and beautiful. We would love to stay here again! Well worth it!

We bought before the devastating August 2023 wildfires, but so glad we went! We were delighted by the location, amenities, and walkability. A wrinkle at check-in was promptly and easily addressed by telephone. The host was very responsive to report of a running toilet. We were very pleased to have flexibility on check-out timing. Great location on Maui

This condo is very clean and comfortable for four people. It is very nicely appointed with all the necessities for home cooking in the kitchen. Roomy bathrooms and bedrooms, plus very comfortable seating in both the dining and living areas, and a nice balcony with pleasant views as well Many extra touches were appreciated, like boogie boards, and new beach chairs and umbrella. Great beaches and good food are easy walking distance. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool and hot tub. The owner was very responsive to our questions and resolved our minor issues quickly. Overall terrific experience.

Okay stay

Pretty clean, although the cleaning lady was still there when we arrived a little past 4 pm. We had texted the host asking if they can let us know when the room was ready because we were hoping to check in a little earlier, but we never got a response back. Next, the parking spot was not reserved, which wasn’t a huge problem but still disappointing. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the welcome gifts, however the box of chocolates was expired and moldy. Additionally, the beach umbrella was broken and unusable, but we did use the two beach chairs. We also found ants and a cockroach on the stovetop, so overall can use some improvement.

Great location

The location was fantastic, the pool was nice, great balcony views, the property was older but still pretty good. It was clean but it was almost as if the cleaning person left in the middle and left their things on the counter. There were not the things listed in the listing (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc) and the property manager said he would contact his cleaning person but we never heard back. If those things were the only issues it would be fine but I also tried to change our dates before the 50% refund period was over and didn’t hear back until I reached out again- still haven’t seen a 50% refund on those dates. Lastly, there was a horrible chemical smell that caused us to go to another hotel for a night in the middle which was expensive and a huge hassle. Overall, if you don’t mind buying your own toilet paper and don’t plan to change your dates, this is a lovely place.
