This unit is immaculate with tiled floors, new counter-tops and has high speed internet service. Split system air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. Amenities include teak lanai furniture, beach chairs, beach coolers, and snorkel gear. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV. In the kitchen, there is a crock pot and toaster that will accommodate bagels. The full bathroom includes a shower seat and safety handles for getting in and out of the shower, and an ADA-compliant toilet with a raised seat that is easier on the knees.
