The stay at Kamaoles Sands was wonderful. The location was perfect. The beach was across the street which was very convenient. The property had beautiful gardens. I would recommend this property.

We liked the location. Unfortunately our overall experience was sub par and our communication with the office was poor. For starters, the instructions for the wifi were all wrong. There was a collapse in one of the kitchen cabinets resulting in glasses being broken and scattered on floor. There was no light in the hall. There was substantial dust everywhere but particularly in the bedroom. When we contacted the staff, they were very polite but did nothing. We have stayed in Kamaole Sands for over twenty years and this was our worse experience.

Overall we were very happy with the apartment. We did feel that the couch has seen better days and was very lumpy and uncomfortable to sit on. And the mattress in the bedroom wasn’t very comfortable at all. But those were minor and we enjoyed our stay.

The property is very dated and somewhat dirty. The main air conditioning unit cannot cool the unit, and there is a warning not to set the temperature low or it will flood. There are numerous power strips plugged into other outlet splitters everywhere. The showerhead is less than 6' from the floor.

Don’t stay here, staff doesn’t care about you or your family. I was given a very dirty room that smelled like mold, the water wouldn’t go down the sink or shower, towels were very linty there was lint in my ears, nose and where the sun don’t shine, after our first night me and my wife experienced bed bug bites and not a couple I’m talking about both arms, hands, legs and even butt cheeks smh avoid this place at all costs, Expedia couldn’t do anything about it and the hotel as well the effort was very minimal on both ends

Ac didn’t work at times!!! Arrived at the condon one hr early they didn’t let me check in early after a long fly !no sleep well! Tired ! Hot!! Called day before they say property is available for me to check in early!! But when I got there they said no!! I was very disappointed!! From desk bad services no smile !!

The condo was very nice and had everything you needed for our stay. The was only a full size and needs to be least a queen size. The road on the lanai was very noisy.

Perfect place to stay in Maui

This was a great place with up to date amenities and across the street from a great beach. The one bedroom, two bath condo was fully furnished and had everything you would need for a day at the beach. We stayed for a week and had all the comforts of home with a balcony and a beautiful view. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was really quite and the unit waa very cozy however, the beds need to be replaced (the make a lot of noise and are very uncomfortable) and not everything was clean. (Toilets especidically).
