  • Completely renovated condo with updated kitchen and bathrooms on the lower floor with lanai. This corner unit is quiet with surrounding green belts. Amenities include Air Conditioning and Laundry. Fully stocked kitchen with full size appliances. Electronic Lutron shades throughout. 2 Large TVs and fast wifi. Please note there is a payment processing fee charged by the credit card fee of 3.23% for VRBO (not for Airbnb) A rental agreement will be emailed after booking.

    Electronic door lock so no need to check in or out. An opening instruction email will be sent 5 days prior to arrival with instructions and code to enter
