FULL OCEAN VIEW, 2nd Floor 2 BR/1 BA, BEST STAND-UP PADDLEBOARDING ON MAUI!

2037 S Kihei Rd, Kihei, HI 96753 US, LOCATED 50' FROM THE BEST SURFING COVE IN South MAUI WITH AN UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEW, our condo is on the second floor of a FRIENDLY 16 unit complex.

From the living room and private lanai you will have VIEWS FROM MAKENA TO THE WEST MAUI MOUNTAINS, including views of the islands of Molokini, Kahoolawe and Lanai.

We even have our own tiny island that you can walk out to through the shallow, sandy waters off our beach. The BEACH IS 50' FROM OUR CONDO with stand-up paddle boarding (SUP), surfing, kayaking, snorkeling and fishing all year long.

There is also a park with a playground, volleyball court, baseball field and two skating complexes. The living room and lanai have views of sunsets, whales during season, surfers, SUP's and outriggers (the Wailea Outrigger Club parks their boats right out front).

DO YOU WANT TO LEARN TO SURF? Next door you can sign up for surf/paddleboard lessons and rent surfboards, stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, snorkel/dive equipment and bicycles. The lessons take place across the street, no driving required.. From your home you can walk 5 miles along beaches and trails to the southern end of Wailea.

Groceries, restaurants, bicycle and motor scooter rentals, shops and the new Maui bus are within 2-3 blocks. Harley Davidson motorcycle rentals are also within walking distance. You could spend your vacation without a car or just rent one for a few days for special trips.

We offer lower rates because we don't have to pay a management company. We stay here at our Maui condo part time keeping it upgraded with TLC. It has had upgrades including new oversize tile shower, granite counter tops, wood cabinets, tile floors, appliances, propane Weber BBQ and furniture. The loft is accessed by a ship's ladder.

There are 2 HDTVs, a 40" in the living room and a 32" in the master bedroom, both wall mounted.

There is a private/protected/locked WiFi with a password given to you as an FYI.

An additional feature is a land phone allowing free calls to anywhere in North America, Canada, Mexico, US territories, Hawai'i, Hong Kong and China. Calls to any other parts of the world are blocked.

Beautiful view of the ocean

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view on the balcony is beautiful. It was fun to see the paddle boarders in the morning and later the surf lessons. Great location. You can walk everywhere.

Amazing location

We had a delightful stay in Maui. Condo was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect with an amazing view of the beach and delightful dining of all sorts in walking distance. The cooler, beach towels and beach chairs were so appreciated on our outings. Highly recommend for a fun stay on Maui.

Amazing!

We had a great time! The condo is centrally located to lots of shopping, food and right on the beach. Our amazing host/hostess were in constant communication allowing for an easy and truly enjoyable family vacation. The property is quiet, clean and maintained. Beautiful Vacation Getaway

The condo was well appointed with everything needed. We especially enjoyed the beach gear, coolers, etc. The evening sunsets were perfect. Our daughter enjoyed the loft area. The area is fun, walkable and had plenty of restaurants, grocery and shops to meet all of our needs. We would love to come back and stay again in the future!

Surfs Up!

Really nice condo unit with a perfect beginner surf break "the cove" right outside your window. Came with beach chairs, mats, and coolers. Great home base to explore Maui from with lots to do right in Kihei.

Excellent condo

We were so impressed with the cleanliness of this condo. It had EVERYTHING you would need. We just loved it! We spent hours out on the balcony watching the surfers and watching the sunsets. It was close to everything and the parking was perfect. I would recommend this condo to everyone.

We needed a comfortable place for our family of 4 where we could SUP and surf every day. We needed air conditioning- just in case the cross breeze wasn’t happening, a view of the ocean and the ability to walk to restaurants and ice cream at night. So perfect!

This condo was perfect for our 8 day stay. Beautiful ocean view from the lanai. Steps from the beach. Close to shopping and dining. The condo is very well stocked for a day at the beach including towels, chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, beach toys, etc. Bill & Janet are super helpful. Hope to stay here again when we return in June.

First time in Kihei

Our family loved our stay here. The condo was cute, clean, cozy, and extremely well stocked. We were in walking distance of a nice grocery store and some awesome restaurants. With the beach right across the street and the park there too, we had plenty of sand and grassy areas to relax. We also took advantage of the volleyball courts at the park, and swam in the on property pool almost every day. The owners were so nice and communication with them was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Came to Maui with my 2 teenage daughters. Loved staying in Kihei-great, local, and quiet neighborhood. Condo was perfect with all amenities, even all condiments! Has all beach needs including chairs, towels, umbrella, and coolers. Great location, across the street from the beach. Very comfortable and great view of the beach and SUPs. Loft with queen bed, however, is difficult to climb (the ladder) for older adults and is best for children.

Noise and Busy Street

Owners are nice but our expectation was to be on the beach, not across a very busy street. The noise of the air conditioning and fans eliminated any possible beach and wave sounds. Property description was overstated. Sorry. I moved to another property.
