FULL OCEAN VIEW CLEAN SPACIOUS HIGH END REMODELED A/C IN LIVING + BEDROOMS

Remodeled, spacious condo with high ceilings located at Hale Kamaole opposite Kamaole III State Park and Beach. Great for two couples or a family of five.
The open loft area sleeps one adult/child in a twin bed. The open staircase does not make it suitable for toddlers.

Hale Kamaole is the only complex in Wailea and Kihei with truly unobstructed ocean views. This beautiful condo has amazing Pacific Ocean, West Maui Mountains, and Haleakala views from the living room and balcony (lanai), which has shade 95% of the day, a must when you spend most of the day in the sun. The lanai also offers views of the expansive lawn and tropical landscape of Birds of Paradise, Plumeria trees, and of course Palm trees. A split a/c unit was installed in the living room for warm summer afternoons. Bedrooms have their a/c. When windows and doors are opened the Tradewinds keep all areas cool and it gives the feeling of outdoor living.
Both bedrooms have high-end foam/gel King Posture Pedic mattresses. The Guest Bedroom is on the first floor with a bathroom.
The Master Bedroom is on the second floor with an Ensuite Bathroom. New windows slide open for the Maui trade winds or close for quiet sleeping. Ceramic floor throughout the 1st floor including the Guest Bedroom, and carpet in the Master Bedroom and loft. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. 55' Smart Samsung TV in the living room. 45' Smart Samsung TV in bedrooms. Bring your Netflix etc. passwords.

Watch the whales or the beautiful sunsets from the lanai, or walk to the beach in front of Kamaole III State Park in less than two minutes. This beach is known to be one of the best beaches in South Kihei. Great for swimming, snorkeling, sunning, paddle boarding, amazing sunsets and whale watching. Lifeguards are available.

Restaurants/shops are within walking distance or dine at our beautiful Wailea hotels less than 10 minutes drive away. World-class golf courses are a very short distance drive.

Our complex Hale Kamaole has two pools, an enclosed full-size tennis court, and two large BBQ areas, each having 4 large charcoal grills and two gas grills. Free parking in front of the condo. No check-in or hidden fees!
I understand the effort it takes to find that perfect holiday for a reasonable price. I live in Maui and will be available for any questions or advice.

The condo was immaculately maintained and had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. We appreciated having beach chairs and umbrellas and even laundry detergent on hand! The views of the ocean and sunsets were beautiful. Highly recommend!

Very clean and so close to the beach! We walked to the beach every night to watch the sunset and you can have your coffee in the morning on the lanai with a full view of the ocean. We utilized the pool a lot as well. Our stay was so comfortable for my family of 5!

Another great stay!

Mary's condo is in a great location, has all the amenities you need (kitchen, beach gear, towels) and was spotless when we checked in. Having Kam III beach across the street is invaluable along with a short walk to many restaurants and shops in Kihei. Will stay again!

Fantastic condo in Kihei

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Nicely furnished, comfy beds, and a great location just to start. It was a short, easy walk to get to the beach during the day or in the evening to watch the sunset. The owner was great with communication and checking in was super easy. I highly recommend this condo if you are staying in Kihei!

Perfect condo and complex

This unit is very comfortable and well appointed. Great location and complex has tennis, pools, lawn for running around with kids, and right across from the beach. We have rented this unit several times and will be back!

Perfect in every way.

We chose the condo for its proximity to a resort in Wailea. It was a perfect place for our family of 5 that was participating in a wedding. The owner provides extensive amenities in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and in the beach closet. I would stay in the condo again!

Amazing condo across from Kamaole III beach

Mary’s condo is a delight this is her rental and NOT a timeshare style place. Clean and airy, comfortable furnishings, VERY well stocked kitchen for cooking (nice cookware, storage containers, soap, misc condiments ), W/D (w laundry soap), loads of beach towels and gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, etc). Bathrooms are newly remodeled and mattresses high end with modern linens. A/C in BRs and LR. Mary was a wonderful host and responded to any questions. Highly recommend this place after many, many other condo rentals for my family- this is the best!

Wonderful condo

Previous reviews said it was going to be excellent and it really was! A fantastic apartment - clean, well kitted out, nice furnishings, plenty of helpful items (eg beach stuff) to use / borrow. Right opposite a great beach - never used the nice looking pool! Walking distance to shops and restaurants, a very short drive into Wailea. Mary was also an amazing host with plenty of recommendations before we travelled.

The condo location is perfect. The unit was clean and just as described. We lived walking to the beach and down to the restaurants with ease. Watching the whales from the balcony is a dream come true! Mary was an excellent communicator and the entire process was Smooth.

Amazing host and beautiful property!

We had a great time in this beautiful condo which is in one of the most sought-after locations in Maui. The condo was beautifully maintained and was super clean. We really had a great time with our family and looking forward ti coming back again! Mary was an amazing host who is flexible and Goes an extra mile to make sure we have all we need. She offered great tips and suggestions for our stay with some very helpful recommendations of dos and don’ts. I highly recommend. Definitely a 5 start host and beautiful and well maintained property! Amazing stay and fantastic host!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Mary’s property. This condo had everything you need for a great vacation, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to make a good meal, plenary of beach equipment and even a beach bag!!! We were very impressed and look forward to renting from her again. Great location to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and a health food store with fresh fruits, vegetables and a smoothie bar. 5 star for sure!! Thank you Mary!

Host went above and beyond

The host, Mary, went above and beyond to help us navigate what to do when the tragic Maui fires broke out (we were scheduled to arrive the same day). While we did not, in fact, make it to Maui or to the condo, it was worth writing a review of what an amazing and thoughtful host Mary was, updating us as soon as she had information. We plan on returning when we can, and recommend you do too! Bring your spending dollars to Maui when it's ok to return, and consider this host and Vrbo. Thank you Mary xoxo

3 week stay in Mar '23

We've stayed at this complex for a total of 7 weeks over the past 2 years, in 4 different units. We really like the area, the beaches and the friendly atmosphere of the whole property. This particular unit is the nicest of the 4 units we've used. Cleanliness & the quality of the details like bedding and cooking area leave a great first impression. The bathrooms & showers are updated and very clean. Plenty of decent cookware, appliances are modern, and beach equipment available. We had a minor glitch in one of the showers, called the host and her reaction was immediate - the problem required a plumber, but was fixed the very next day and had no impact on our vacation. The bonus came when we actually got to meet the host in person - Mary was super friendly, truly motivated to take care the problem, and so easy to talk to that it felt like we'd known her for years. She was very interested to hear our opinions about anything that could be improved in the future, but there really aren't many things we could suggest. We will be happy to stay in this unit in the future.

Perfect stay

Mary's residence was great, very clean, in a great position to explore the island and with Kamole beaches at walking distance ( Kamaloe III it's just few steps crossing the road). We had great snokeling and we meet many tourtles there. Mary collected all the informations about Island, exscurtions, suggestion, instruction for house devices, and much more, in a big "book" (great job! you can find there really everithings you need to know ). Kicthen was the best ever we seen in an house rental, full of tools and accessories. You can also finds snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrella and other things for beach life. From the lanai you can see the sea and the sunset. Condo have also 2 swimming pool and a tennis court ( we prefer the beach and excursion, so never used ). The bedroom as the bathroom it's very nice with very cofortable bed full size. The furnishing of all thehouse is very nice. We really feel like a home. Because everything was perfect we don't need to talk with Mary, but in case I presume should be reactive as she was before our stay. We would definitely stay here again ! p.s. We are shocked by what happened in Lahaina with the fires, it's all very sad.
