2022 new Queen sofa bed in the living room and a queen bed in master. Bathroom has a shower and no tub. Very comfortable apartment with unobstructed ocean views. Pool is steps away from the lanai.
Cove park beach is known for paddle boarding, kayaking and beginner surfer lessons. Water sports equipment is rented next door. A short walk to bus stop, restaurants, shopping and entertainment at the famous triangle area. Grocery store is 3 short blocks and farmers market 4 blocks.

Very nice place in the heart of Kihei across from a very popular surf spot. Comfortable with all the amenities of home and within walking distance of a great grocery store and numerous restaurants and food trucks.

Carolyn’s property is a gem! Really cute condo, walking distance to the beach and shops. The neighborhood is really calm and nice. We loved our stay here. We’re going back home to Honolulu but hoping to stay here again for our next Maui visit. Mahalo!

All the comforts of home and more. Close to outstanding restaurants. Manager very responsive to all requests. If lucky enough to come to Maui, would only stay here at Kihei Park Shore.

Great home base for Maui adventures!

Perfect location, across from the water! near many beaches, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and an excellent base for exploring a lot of the island! Daily whale sightings and glorious sunsets from the condo patio. Unit is a great size for a couple and has everything you would need. Parking and noise could be an issue if the neighbor rentals don't pay notice to the parking or quiet time rules, but overall a great stay!

Fantastic Location

We live on the Big Island and needed a place for a long weekend in Maui for my son's sporting event. This condo was more than we expected. The location was perfect, everything in the condo was great. I would recommend it and will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic spot to stay!

Our family of four arrived on Thursday morning. Carolyn was gracious enough to allow us just to drop our bags off before check in which made our lives easier. We loved how close we were to everything - surfing lessons right next door, some amazing food within a block or two, close to some amazing beaches. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. Our kids loved that they could walk out the door to the pool as well - nice for the few times we were around and not exploring the beauty that is Maui. Carolyn was always quick to respond to any questions we had, and had lots of great info both in her Welcome binder as well as a great map for snorkeling and beaches! We will definitely stay again on our next trip. There were four of us - my husband and I along with our 13 and 11 year olds - there was enough space for everyone to stay comfortable and no one was cramped at all. Thank you for your hospitality, Carolyn!!

Nice unit. A few more drinking & wine glasses would be nice and sharper knives. All in all, unit well stocked. Enjoyed being on ground level by the pool. Loved being right in the middle of Kihei. Everyone VERY nice and friendly. Will definitely stay again.
