Great location right across the street to the beach. Easy walk to stores and restaurants.Beautiful grounds, pools and hot tubs. The 2 bathrooms were a plus.The condo was very cheerful, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Nicely decorated with Hawaiian themed art.

Family vacation

Fantastic location

My husband and I stayed a week and really enjoyed the condo. It’s just right across the street from the beach (beautiful sunsets) and so close to restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and 2 bathrooms is perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again!

We were a little disappointed in this condo. Description said it was remodeled - it did have newer flooring and perhaps some new bathroom tile. But old fixtures in sinks and showers which were desperately in need of change. TV’s were difficult to figure out and window coverings were terrible. On the bright side it had all the supply’s we needed And the owner was very responsive.

Great location

Basic accommodations in a great location. Walk to the beach with provided beach chairs. Walking to lots of shops and restaurants. Great sunsets! Bathrooms could have been a little bit cleaner, there were cleaning products under the sinks. Very little provided for starters so bring your own coffee to get yourself started.Parking place very close to unit but a very tight fit if your rental is an suv. Overall good place for the price.

Nice accommodations and location

This was a nice condo in a good location. It wasn’t fancy, but certainly clean and sufficient. The kitchen could be a little better equipped, only 2 full size forks was a little sparse, the pans were in a little rough shape, but overall a good experience.

Nice centrally located condo!

We stayed 5 nights at the Maui Banyon Condo while visiting the island. It was clean and comfortable for the 2 of us. We would recommend it without hesitation.

The great part of this property is the location: right across the street from Kamaole II. It has beautiful grounds, with a little fountain. The swimming pool was not bad. One downside of the apartment was the glass windows that separated the master bedroom from the pull out couch. That didn't give us a lot of privacy. I left some cardboard that I used to create privacy. There was a bit of a smell in the master bathroom. Cleaning of things like the shower wall and the vent above the toilet were poor. The big downside were the cockroaches. There were adults and nymphs in the kitchen, in the drawers, in the bathroom closest to the kitchen. The whole Maui Banyan property gets treatments every Wednesday, but obviously the pest control is ineffective. The tea kettle was a horrifying cemetery for cockroaches. I hope it gets replaced. We notified the manager and hope they improve this, and the manager was kind enough to process a small refund for our troubles.

Great vacation

Condo was clean, quiet, updated and very well stocked. Bed was great. I was told it is scheduled for new paint after we leave. A fresh coat of paint will make it even better. Beach and some restaurants are in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Christmas in paradise!

We arrived to this rental on Christmas Eve and everything was just perfect! There was even enough room for a Christmas tree! We had everything we needed and the location was ideal. We could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops very easily. There is a stand just across from the beach that rents boogie boards, kayaks, snorkel equipment, etc. I also liked how close we were to the airport. Honestly, I liked the area that I would stay there again.

Overall our stay was good. This is a great location just a few minutes walking to the beach and to many local shops and restaurants. However we did find a few issues with the condo itself that needed improvement. We communicated these concerns to the property manager who was not very helpful.

Another Wonderdul Maui Vacation

Wonderful beach Kam II across the street and the turtles were swimming in knee deep water along the beach every day. I stay in Maui every year and this condo is very well equipped. I do miss sitting outside with an ocean view. This view is obstructed by buildings. Very secure property walking distance to coffee and restaurants and the beach. Another awesome vacation!
