Heads up about a possible tax change for 2026 bookings
Hawaii is considering a new traveler tax (Senate Bill 1396), which could take effect starting in 2026. Governor Green has until July 9, 2025 to sign it into law.

If the bill passes, any 2026 (or later) reservations made before July 9, 2025 will need to have this new tax added separately before check-in, since VRBO won’t apply it retroactively.

Reservations made after July 9th will have the new tax included automatically at the time of booking, just like the current taxes and fees.

We’ll keep you updated, and really appreciate your understanding as Hawaii finalizes its plans!

Great location

Loved the location and quiet complex. Centrally located and across the street from a great beach. The unit is towards the rear so away from the main road and very peaceful. Unit is nice and had everything we needed.

Great location in Maui !

This place was just perfect, the location is in a good area where there’s things to do walking and driving distance. The apartment was just like the pictures showed and it was a plus that it came with a parking spot for free!

Clean & great location

The unit is in a great location, walkable to the beach as well as food. It's close enough to other locations if you'd like to do day trips i.e., road to Hana etc. The unit itself was very clean and well stocked for all the things we needed on our trip i.e, beach towels, chairs, washer/dryer, cooler.

Amazing experience!

Host was so helpful and friendly. This condo was comfortable and clean. I love that there were separate air conditioners in each bedroom and the living area. The beds were so comfortable!

The host was super-accomadating. Very convenient location to nice beaches. Liked the cleanness and well equipped kitchen. The only drawback is the fact that it is exposed to the outside from being a ground level property.

Great place for two couples as they each have own room and bathroom. We didn’t cook much but could with all the appliances and kitchen stuff. The beds are very comfortable. Host very responsive and proactive. Quiet place that is walking distance to several restaurants and beaches.

Everything you need is included!!

Pleasantly surprised of a well equipped vacation rental, you name it they have it. Kitchen supplies, bathroom fully supplied, bedrooms all have TVs a place for everything you need. And all the fun toys to use at the beach. And management was top notch!! Too many things to list, trust me you will enjoy your stay.

This rental was amazing. Everything was super clean and newly renovated. Having a washer and dryer was great. Rooms are spacious and private and each person gets a full bathroom. No complaints!

Highly Recommend!

We usually stay places where we can be on the top floor because we are sensitive to noise but this place looked so good that we decided to give the ground floor a try. The place is as nice as the pictures look and the kitchen is (beyond) fully stocked so you can cook as much as you would like. As far as noise, zero problems. The entire building was very quiet. It was a lovely stay.

Check in waa a little off. Code wouldnt work but manager got back to us and we were good. Lots of access to anything you want in walking distance.. there is a pool but was not working during our stay. Very clean. Lots of beach access right across the street.

Awesome vacation rental

Excellant vacation accomadations, Everthing was as seen in the listing. Restaurant, shopping, and beaches all within walking distance. Minor glitch with door lock entry was solved quickly by owners. Rental unit and entire complex clean and well maintained. Communications with hosts Joe and Virginia were excellant from start to finish. All Features and appliances worked flawlessly. Included beach chairs , beach towels, umbrellas and coolers were greatly appreciated. Would definately book this property again on our next visit to Maui. Mahalo.

One of the best listings I have stayed at

Kehei Condo near beaches

Stayed 10 nights in October. The apartment is on the ground floor with a very small patio and absolutely no view. This was not a problem as we spent little time in the apartment. The 3 air conditioners were necessary and effective in the evenings. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen stuff, beach equipment and linens. Wifi worked fine. Except for the trash trucks, the location was quiet. Plentiful restaurants and stores were nearby. Everybody shops Costco so stop there after you pickup your car. Access to the nearby beaches was easy tho' murky waters during our stay ruled out snorkeling there. We would have liked earlier information on apt number, parking & entry code. A comfortable and good apartment.
