This beautiful unit was extensively upgraded in the summer of 2022, including all new furniture, paint, carpet & bathroom! This unit is located in the direct center of the complex and has a full on ocean view. Enjoy the sunset view from the lanai, plus the rooftop for a great place to watch whales in winter!

Great ocean view

The view is awesome. Unit is fine. Plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped, nice soap in kitchen and bathroom. Lots of beach equipment. With the exception of the bed mattress…it is very hard. It took us a week to be able to sleep on it. It needs to be replaced. The shower doors are difficult to open and the tub is slippery. Watch your toes when in the bedroom. The bed frame sticks out. I bumped into it many time along with the bed frame. Just be mindful. Overall, I would teturn.
