About this property

Beautiful 2-bedroom condo with AC Luana Kai A305

  • A305 is a two bedroom, two bathroom with a/c.  The condo was recently totally remodeled.  The furnishings are beautiful and give a peaceful, tropical feeling.  There are 2 king beds and NO sofa bed.  4 people max occupancy.  There is a full view of the ocean.  Sunsets put on a nightly show which you can enjoy from the condo.  Perfect for your Maui stay.

    The property has several amenities.  At the pool area, there is a pool, hot tub, saunas and 5 gas BBQ grills.  There is a putting green, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts. Luana Kai is located in Kihei.  It is a 15 minute walk, a 1/2 mile from the closest grocery, restaurants and shopping.  It is appx 12 miles from the Kahului airport.

    Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Beautiful ocean view in Kihei. Furnished with everything you need. Leslie was easy to communicate with and prompt in addressing any questions. Pool and kitchen/ grill area were also well maintained and furnished with grill tools. We grilled hamburgers one night. Bring your own toiletries as there was not a starter kit. We would love to come back!

The condo was great for us. It was updated nicely, clean and the ocean view from the balcony is amazing! It’s in a well kept up complex with beautiful landscaping. The pool and hot tub were super clean. Hot tub is kept super warm how I like it :) The other guests we met were kind and no loud groups in common areas. It was very peaceful. Our adult daughter enjoyed having her own bedroom upstairs in the loft with its own private bathroom. AC was a definite plus! Host quickly responded to a question we had. Enjoyed it!!

Property is exactly what’s listed. It’s an ideal location for those doing offshore excursions out of Kehei or surf lessons. Leslie communicates quickly and makes sure we have what we needed for our stay. The view is amazing for sunset and we enjoyed eating out on the lanai. There are beach chairs and umbrella to use for beach days which was a plus! Laundry soap, dishwashing detergent and liquid dish soap is provided along with nice hand soap in each bathroom. Just be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap.
