The condo was absolutely perfect! The description and pictures matched exactly.The location was perfect as well. Recently stayed with my wife and two daughters and the place worked well for the four of us. Very clean and newly updated.Jaime checked in with us several times to assure all was well and we did not need a thing during our stay.The beach access is literally steps away which is great for morning walks.

The proximity to the pool, shuffle boards, and the beach access couldn’t have been any better. My kids had so much fun taking advantage of both. There were tons of beach toys, boogie boards, etc left for guests to use which was such a great way to keep them waste down (can fly with big items). The host was fabulous in answering any questions, and we would definitely stay here again.

The beach was oversold, is a tidal beach and at high tide there is no beach. On three mornings of our week long stay, the lawn sprinkler system woke us at 4 am. Management was not interested in adjusting the time and suggest that you do not stay in the front room. Between 5am and 6:30 am every morning a rooster work us up too. There was an evacuation test warning went off mid week without warning or prior information and alarmed many guests. The office lady was less than helpful on all these matters and just shrugged her shoulders.The unit itself was well appointed, close to a nice pool in lovely gardens and had a great view. However, a lot of the apartment was filled with coolers, children’s toys and personal paraphernalia that obstructed important storage space.We also were annoyed about excessive expectations of cleaning the apartment before leaving. We were fine to put out trash in outside bins and towels in the washing machine but in all the scores of places we have stayed in around the world, including Maui and Stayz, we have never ever been told to sweep and vacuum floors and strip beds as well, especially as we were paying a cleaning fee!

This place is perfect. Beautiful view, just steps away from a well maintained beach. Very clean!! And the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials that you normally don’t think to get on that first grocery run: coffee filters, seasonings, cooking oil, storage containers, etc. Check-in process was easy. And while we enjoyed many mornings/nights out on the lanai, we didn’t spend a ton of time here. The location is right next to everything. Kihei shops, food, etc. Loved it

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Maui. We’ve stayed at several condos in the area over the years, and none of them compares to this one. The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. The stairs to the beach and protected swimming area are very close by. The swimming area at the beach was incredible. There were so many turtles to see while snorkeling. (Please give them space). The snorkeling overall is okay, but visibility depends on the weather.The pool and pool area are spacious and clean. Nice pool furniture. The views were spectacular, even for a ground-floor condo. We found the ground floor to be better for coming and going to the beach/pool without having to navigate stairwells. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the condo. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can think of! Having spices and basic condiments in the fridge, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels, and beach gear made our stay so easy and comfortable. It’s clear the owners genuinely care about their guests’ experience.The host was also wonderful, and her communication was always timely and helpful.The only suggestion I have for the host is to invest in some better-quality pillows. But that's coming from a picky pillow snob.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Maui.

We have stayed in this condo two years in a row and it is amazing! It has everything needed for a great family vacation. The proximity to the pool and ocean is perfect for a family with kids. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances etc., the beds are comfortable and the view is amazing.

Excellent location with easy beach access. The kitchen was well stocked and had spices and condiments so we didn’t have to purchase extras. They had beach chairs and boogie boards and some other random beach/pool toys. One thing they don’t have is beach towels so make sure to bring your own.

Wonderful location on the property - right next to the pool and quick walk off your patio to the beach. Boogie boards, sand toys and chairs were great. We saw turtles right at the beach almost everyday. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is perfectly situated near the pool and easy access to a beautiful and calm beach where turtles sleep every night. The place itself is well stocked with all the beach toys, boogie boards, floaties and snorkel gear you could need. We would definitely stay here again and really enjoyed our time! We did have some hiccups in our stay that overall weren’t the worst but did stand out as negatives for our trip. When we arrived, the internet service was down. We messaged the host and they were extremely fast to reply and communicated well. However it ultimately fell to myself to call, schedule and manage an appointment with their internet service provider to get a new modem since the existing one had been down for 3 days prior to our stay. Dealing with the company, having to stick around in the condo all morning the day of the appointment (they wouldn’t give me a call when on their way since my number wasn’t listed on the account even though I was the one who setup the appointment) was not what we wanted to have to do on our vacation. The only other thing was that the bathroom shower near the master bedroom wouldn’t drain well. When we brought this up we were instructed to pull up the drain and clean out whatever filter and gunk was in there. While this isn’t too hard to do it’s ultimately not something you want to do while on vacation - especially since it’s other people’s hair etc in there. Overall we would stay here again! It was perfect for our family of 4!

Beautiful Ocean Front Location

This unit is nicely furnished and had plenty of space for our family of 4. It was nice to have two beds in the second bedroom. The unit is near to the pool and walking path to the beach which was perfect for us. Even with a ground floor unit we still had amazing views. We enjoyed buying local fresh fish and cooking on the community grills by the pool that we cleaned daily and it excellent condition. Everything we needed was a short drive away. Really enjoyed this location and unit.
