"No Hot water on the first evening was told by the male receptionist that they would 'do something for me' but nothing appeared and then told they will get it fixed, Rang that evening as still no hot water and was told to let it run for 5 minutes but still nothing. final morning lovely hot water, no apology until I told the receptionist how frustrating it was. Room I stayed in had multiple issues including the mess on the ceiling, a broken slat in the radiator cover and a broken cover for the plughole in the shower that is quite a trip hazard"

"Charming and perfectly located at the epicenter of Oxford, the Randolph did not disappoint. Their staff are helpful and patient. The breakfast is top notch, and my room could not have been more quaint. I booked a twin bed because I was traveling solo this time, and that made it affordable (sort of). Would love to return."
