221 Sea Marsh

Great house & location.Kitchen well stocked except for dish towels. Environmentally we would have preferred more than 1 so we didn't have to use so many paper towels. Light level not as good in living area at night. Great during the day. Would prefer fewer personal decorative items as it seemed cluttered but understand it is a family place.

We have been pleased with all of our many VRBO rentals but this one was an exception, sadly. The home was warm when we arrived and did not cool down until the middle of the night. The property advertised 2 king beds and it only had one, which meant one of the couples had a bed that was too small to sleep comfortably. Although a small refund was issued, it hardly compensated for the lack of sleep. Dining chairs are very old with little to no support and have stains. Some of the home has been updated but parts have not. It is on the market- 2 realtors and their client stopped by while we were there. Not ideal.
