"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful stay at 338 Surfsong. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The pool was the highlight for us and where we spent most of our time. It does get pretty sunny in the morning/early afternoon so a few umbrellas...

"If you can’t afford to be one the beach, this was about as good as it gets! The house set up was great. The location in the neighborhood and to the beach was wonderful. We went the first weekend of April and the beach was pretty much empty. The house had a good supply of cookware to make our own food (which we typically find lacking). "

While the appliances and some of the home are dated, everything worked well and was perfect for our large family gathering. It is a good value for the space it offers. The host was responsive and helpful. We would stay here again. "
