Fabulous Golf and Lagoon Views

  • Update! Property recently painted and refreshed just in time for spring, this charming 3 Bedroom, 3 bath home is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac and offers expansive fairway and lagoon views. Walk off the back porch and you are only steps away from the 9th and 10th holes of Cougar Point. Golfers and families alike can watch the sunrise from the screened porch, master suite or through the wall-to-wall windows in the living room. Guests can enjoy grilling on the deck, wireless internet, brand new smart TVs throughout, and a formal dining room in addition to a breakfast table.

    Location: A short ride to Night Heron Park and to 10 miles of beautiful beach. 273 Summer Tanager Ct is located on a quiet 5 home cul-de-sac, a mile from the front gate.

    View: 273 overlooks the 9th and 10th fairways of Kiawah's 4.5 star Cougar Point Golf Course and a large lagoon separating them. One can see the 9th and 10th greens as well the 10th tees. In the evening, see the fabulous sunset over the lagoon and golf course.

    Residence: This house is designed with wide windows allowing sunlight in the living room during the morning and afternoon. The master bedroom has a panoramic view of the lagoon and golf course. All rooms are outfitted with TVs.

    The furnishings include a brand new 3 piece Mahogany leather couch set with dual reclining sofas, a love seat, and a glider recliner, which faces the fire place affixed with a 51' TV mounted right to the brick fireplace (fireplace not for guest use).

    The master suite has a cottage retreat king panel bed, dresser, night stands, and a weatherly set king size mattress. The 42' TV is wall mounted and compliments the cottage retreat matching furniture. Guest suites have a queen bed and a twin bed respectively.

    No smoking, no events, fireplace and garage are not available for guest use. Does allow up to two dogs under 60 lbs each, fee included.

    Stays of 3 to 21 nights come with a credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use towards beach gear rentals.

    As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses including The Ocean Course, the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.

    Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

May time get away at Kiawah Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was great. The location was convenient for walking and riding bikes. The home was comfortable made these easy for our family of 4 and dog. The home was clean and had plenty of amenities for cooking and grilling. We enjoyed evens on the back deck watching sunsets.

We loved our stay here with our 2 dogs. The house sits on the fairway of hole 10 at Cougar Point. We sat out in the screened patio every evening watching the golfers come through. The house is very close to everything and easy access from the parkway. We thought we might hear the traffic but it was very quiet. We took the dogs for walks in the neighborhood and loved having the island paved trail just across the street for bikes. Beach access is very close to walk to or drive. The host was great to respond when we had questions and the check-in process was easy. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property for the price point. Absolutely fabulous golf views. Roomy. Clean. LR furniture comfortable. My only recommendation would be the addition of 3 to 4inch matress toppers on beds as affordable option to make beds much more comfortable. Beds were OK for a few days but by day 4 back started feeling it. We've been visiting Kiawah for 20 years, staying in a variety of homes/condos & we would stay here again which is saying something about the value.

It was great to find a rental that would accept our two pups (60 pounds each) and for a reasonable pet fee. The house was modest but clean and comfortable. The rental company was extremely easy to work with and rates were also reasonable...plus the gear credit made this a no-brainer! They even gave me a discount for being a nurse. We will definitely book with them again!
