Just 75 yards from the beach, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing Kiawah getaway. The neighborhood is full of charm, featuring white picket fences, tree-lined streets, and a central courtyard with a gazebo.
Step onto the large rocking chair front porch and enjoy views of the beautifully wooded surroundings. Inside, you'll find hardwood floors, granite countertops, and an open, family-friendly layout. Sept vacation

The location is great. The front porch furniture is uncomfortable. The bedrooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen is small and difficult for more than 1 person to navigate. We had a plumbing issue but it was quickly resolved. The washing machine had mold in it - this is unacceptable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

10/10 week stay for a family

We will happily come back to this house year after year for Easter spring break week. We are a family of four with a 1 and 3 year old. The walk to the beach is literally less than 2 minutes from door to sand on a shady golf cart path and boardwalk. This was huge for nap afternoon time.Neighborhood is lovely. Our kids got to put along the 13th green every morning and night and watch golfers go by regularly. House is perfect for two families with a master and kids room with bathrooms on both floors. House is older and well loved but it is very clean. You shouldn’t expect a new modern home. The kitchen is stocked with solid equipment and the grill was great for us each night. The big selling point of the front and back porches are 10/10 for morning coffee and evening wine. We loved and would recommend to any family. The only con is there is no beach equipment so we had to buy towels, chairs, and toys and then leave them behind. House linens are provided and the washer dryer are also good. We used 4-5 times in a week with little kids.

Great experience!

Beautiful SC home in a wonderful neighborhood, with a very short walk to a non-crowded beach & pool, and access to great food, great shopping, and events within a 13-15 minute drive.We even had a failing battery in a smoke detector that was fixed moments after reporting it. Overall great experience. Would definitely love to stay here again.

The house did not seem clean overall. the area rugs were stained and dirty. The kitchen floor at the cabinets were dirty. There were cob webs in the corners of the windows.

Home at the beach!

Loved the location and the setting of the house - it was perfect! It had the feel of a friendly neighborhood, as if you were at home. Spacious bedrooms and porches, both the front porch and the back screened porch. I’d rent it again!

Loved the location, comfortable and efficient layout, arrary and quality of furnishings including: multiple TVs, large and small appliances, dinner and glassware, cooking and serving utensils. Anything we needed was there, and the service people were very responsive. Great beach access and central location allowed for great long walks in either direction. Would definitely recommend this home for a lovely Kiawah vacation.

Wonderful

After some complications at our original booking, we were moved to this location and it was beyond our expectations. It's a cute cottage, inviting and has everything you would need. The kitchen is well stocked, rooms are spacious, the front and back porch are enjoyable. The best part of the home is that it's a two minute walk to the beach. That made our trip even better. We would love to come back and stay in this house.

We were surprised and delighted to find that out the back porch door we were just steps to the beach. The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep and serve meals for all . There were chairs to seat literally 20 people around tables inside and then six or more on the screened porch! We loved the swing and rocking chairs on the front porch, too. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!!
