"The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming. "Had a really great stay. The lifeguards, waiters and all staff were amazing. So attentive and would do anything for you. Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!"

"The food was amazing and the staff very helpful and even a taxi driver his name Imed that took us around shopping was helpful didn’t mug us off , white sandy beaches and clear sea water, breathtaking. Definitely going back in July, with my family. "

Lovely Hotel, Great Team and Amazing options!

"Perfect Hotel for people looking for all inclusive. For me this was accidental, I was going to be in sousse and booked without looking at this detail. Pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, to amazing food in dining hall! Lots of great options. All team members are helpful, smiley and love to help guests. Oh and the live music, I think it's every night? with small dance area/floor. Good location too, away from the hustle/bustle of the city, but close enough to get their walking. I walked to sousse center in 40 minutes, and then back. Lots of places to go. Oh and the hotel organises excursions and activities for you as well. And, if this wasn't enough, they will change your foreign currency at very good rate, and has an exchange service in-house. Great place to be! "

"You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was great with coordinating staff there. "

Beware if you need food beyond fuel

"Very problematic. Room clean and serviceable with bed and linens. Food was the difficulty. Restaurant on ground floor was depressing dark and dreary. Food selection zero and preparation dismissal. All food overcooked, cold and tasteless. Restaurant on second floor acceptable. Though selection still limited, at least it was hot and almost satisfying."

"Great staff and good vibes. We really enjoyed our stay here. The dining room staff, beach staff, and animators were really good to us. Food gets repetitive (more fruit, please!) But apart from that we loved it all. Tip: the party on the stage goes until 11:00 pm most nights. If you aren't a night owl, ask for a room facing away from the stage. We partied on our balcony."
