Very nice hotel
Large room including a large bathroom with powerful shower. Little storage area and only one seat. Staff friendly and helpful. A small but decent swimming pool

We stayed here since there wasn’t many options in the city. It is dated, but the customer service was nice. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. The area is okay but still a ways from things. Good restaurants around.

Nice room, great value.
This place is well presented, clean and friendly with fast free wifi. Only a short taxi (or hotel shuttle bus - payable) to busy areas with bars etc. Good sized room with huge comfortable bed and nice, large shower cubicle. Anyone complaining about this place for the price is living in cloud cuckoo land.

Well the brochure says it has a restaurant and bar. Neither were available during my stay. We were advised to use the mini bar in our room which is an empty fridge. We were also given the number for a local takeaway restaurant to eat in our room if we wished. If you like to eat a Thai breakfast you'll be ok but if you want to eat the western food it is kept cold in unheated baine maries because apparently it will burn. I was advised to come to breakfast at 06:30 to eat warm food.

Breakfast was the worst i have ever received in any hotel i have stayed in Thailand. The pool was closed for 6 days,for cleaning[I Think Not ]. The TV in the room was mainly in Thai,and the few English channels kept dropping out.Would not recommend this hotel.

Several Nights in Khon Kaen
My husband and I stayed here while we were in town for a conference. The hotel staff were very nice however many of them did not speak English very well so be prepared for that. Everyone was happy and helpful. Really have no major complaints. The staff cleaned the room daily and all surfaces you would normally touch were clean (counters, floors, sheets, towels, etc) however the walls could use a wipe down and maybe some fresh paint - especially in the bathroom. The rooms are a little dated but like I said clean in the important places! The pool was nice but quite cold. It really doesn't get much sun. The breakfast buffet was passable (some days were better than others) but much more expensive than what you would pay outside of the hotel.Restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and nice. It was good value for the money paid.

A comfortable mid-price hotel with good evening entertainment in the restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. However the small gym has poorly maintained equipment and the swimming pool is inadequately cleaned. For the price it is adequate for a short stay.

Under al kritik lam fra hotellets spisested til kl 24 hver aften så man ikke kunne sove dårlig morgenmad ligylti personale sad bare i reception og skrev eller spillede på mobil ja et rigtigt dårligt ophold en af de dårligste hoteller vi har boet på i de 8år vi har kommet i Khon kan

ein sehr gut ausgestattetes hotel mit schönen zimmern.sehr grosses badezimmer mit dusche und badewanne.das frühstück ist auch sehr ausgiebig und das restaurant hat eine grosses auswahl fürs abendessen und jeden abend giebt es karaoke.

Oikein mukava kokemus!
Mukava hotelli hyvillä palveluilla. Uima-allas on virkistävä kokemus (melko kylmä vesi). Huoneista saattaa kantautua ääniä käytävästä tai viereisestä huoneesta. Aamiainen on runsas ja paikalle kannattaa mennä aikaisin, jotta kaikkia herkkuja on vielä saatavilla. Ravintoloita ja ostoksia? Käänny hotellin pihasta vasempaan ja risteyksestä vasemmalle päin löytyy muutaman sadan metrin päästä hyvä ruokapaikka ja lähempää pikkuinen kauppa. Oikealle mentäessä ja noin 10min kävelymatkan päästä löytyy Fairy Plazan ostoskeskus, jonka vieressä myös mukava Take a sit ravintola ja Amazon-kahvila.

Gutes Hote in ruhiger Lage
Gutes Hotel in ruhiger etwas abgelegener Lage, bis zu den Bars sind es ca. 20 min. zu Fuß. Lokale Resteraunts und Garküchen in der nähe. Alle Hotelangestellten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, an der Rezeption wird gutes englisch gesprochen. Große saubere Zimmer, großes Bad (Superior Room).
