Amazing hotel
Clean room, very friendly staff at the reception and amazing restaurant, I eat lunch and dinner and it was excellent, unfortunately even I had payed for breakfast I did sleep and didn’t eat breakfast, so I don’t know how breakfast is, would definitely use again if I come here.

The staffs are excellent here. Room-service was very fast & available till 21:30pm. Bathroom has interesting setting. A little FYI: No conditioner but shampoo & shower gel. The location is a bit tricky to find both on the map & on the road. It tucks in & away from the main road which is good for sleeping. We were told if there’s a big group (tour/event) it will be hard to get a taxi. There were no event or group during our stay but it seemed challenging to get a taxi anyway as the hotel staff help shuttled us out in a 6 passengers golf cart to the main road & flagged down a ride for us. Overall good experience here.

Avoid this one
I'd recommend avoiding this hotel. I have a factory nearby and the staff there recommended it; I have advised them to stop sending people here. The room was dirty (stains on sheets, "residue" in toilet), the wifi didn't work (they sent an IT guy to my room who was there for 20 minutes, who eventually got it working, only to have it fail again 5 minutes later), I couldn't get a taxi to Bangkok and missed a meeting. I tried to walk to Starbucks in the morning and security stopped me at the gate and resisted letting me leave. I just walked past her and she took a bunch of photos of me. Hard pass.

If It’s Where You Need To Be
The pool at this hotel is exceptional, longer than 25 meters. The girls at the front desk were charming. The breakfast buffet was wholly adequate

Reception struggled to communicate with international travellers. Housekeeping failed to provide soap after several requests. Rooms small and basic. Restaurant slow. Breakfast cold and TERRIBLE. Food expensive. Miles from any proper restaurant alternative. Do Not Stay Here.

Not a pleasant stay the second time around
This was the second time I stayed there but my stay was not so good. First on arrival i was asked to stay in a room with small twin beds when i had reserved one with a king bed. Secondly when i checked in there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom which is not very pleasing. Thirdly no toiletries which is surprising considering even average hotels offer the basic stuff. The front desk hardly speak english so its very difficult to communicate with them even to ask for an iron for my clothes. I wanted to stay there since its very close to where i have work but given a choice i would not want to stay there again unless the service and cleanliness improves.

No problems with stay but a stop over hotel
It's OK for a stop over but you would not want to stay here very long. It's off a dual carriageway so one way or another it's u turn time. Hotel runs a shuttle bus to the main road, Burger King there and a short walk to a 7-11. Good swimming pool, nice to have separate area to watch TV in the room. Should have been a microwave but was not.

A hidden gem, near the University and the AIT.
While it is an hour out of Bangkok, it is right near the University and the Asian Institute of Technology. A hidden gem, awesome staff, spoke reasonable english, food was delicious, a great pool and also an outdoor BBQ and grill with a permanent chef. Live music most nights, kept us well entertained and sometimes in stitches! Rooms were spotlessly clean, WiFi worked well in all areas. Transport was readily available, taxis on the meter, Starbucks out the front and a Burger King for fast food junkies and coffee on the go... Highly recommended.

I have stayed at this property several times now. I chose this place because it is convenient for visiting the customer factories I go to. In the beginning it was nice for a few days stay when I arrive late and need to be in this area early. This is not the place you want to stay if visiting Bangkok or Ayutthaya area. However the last few times I stayed the place is full of tour groups. The flag following bus loads of noisy tour groups. This made my stays unpleasant do to allot of noise. This is also creating a decline in the property condition with the rooms and halls quite dirty now. However the reason I will not be staying again is the past few times the security wants me to park my car outside by the road or in the lot with the buses rather than inside the property where there is plenty of parking. The staff has become quite rude and unhelpful and the check out takes a long time now because they want to send someone to the room and check before you depart. It is a shame for me but I won't be staying at this place anymore. If not for the parking and service attitude I would have continued.

A good hotel in the middle of nowhere
The hotel / residence is very clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. It has decent restaurants, pool, gym, and even massage services. However, it is in the middle of nowhere. Nothing is within walking distance and you may only take taxi out. Local taxi drivers are not familiar with the hotel so be prepared to get your Google map ready to show the drivers who are very used to GPS.

An oasis in a business park
I read some mostly negative reviews about The Idle Residence but I decided to book anyway so I could decide for myself because this hotel is in a convenient location for the purpose of my trip. In what seems like a new business park, near a Burger King, Starbucks coffee and tyre replacement garage just off a major motorway this is a gem of hotel, with lovely green surroundings and swimming pool I really enjoyed my stay there. The food at the restaurant was tasty and a big shout out to the chef who, without me realising noticed I didn't like any of the Asian breakfast buffet choices so made me an omelette especially. Later on a noticed bread, toast and cereal so this wasn't really a problem anyway. I'm not sure why the rooms have hobs because there is no pots, pans, saucepans or cutlery supplied so it's not as though you're going to be doing any cooking. So all in all I really enjoyed my stay there, I was sad to leave and would go back again.

One of the best hotels in Bangkok
Our check in time wasn't until 2PM. We arrived at 4AM with assistance from hotels.com the time difference was not an issue at all. The service desk was great and overall services were excellent. Super clean hotel.

Mediocre hotel in an area that is hard to access wardrobe door broke but didn't come to mend it nothing for European quests to do food was poor aimed at Chinese quests. Was booked for 4 nights left after 2 .

it was clean new fresh staff great from front desk to cleaning staff look out for cleaning staff wanting to clean room 9am but all was good its new hotel for navanakorn so i am sure a few issues will arrise. reception is a little diffacult to understand so alittle thai speaking would be helpful for you

朝食のバインキングが美味しいです。 近くにスタバとバーガーキング、セブンイレブンがあります。 以前はカートがあって、スタバの入口前まで送ってくれるサービスがあったけど、無くなってましたね。 コロナで利用客が減ったからかな？ 入り口までちょっと距離があるから、それが不便かな。
