Loved this hotel! Great location, very clean and staff were all so nice. Our room was quite small but had clearly recently been renovated. The rooftop pool and bar was amazing!!

The Mulberry is at the heart of Khao San Road. An easy walk to a lot of touristic attractions including the Temple of the Emerald Buda, Wat Pho and Wat Arun. There's plenty of food and drinking places nearby, the hotel has a swimming pool in the 7th floor and a pool bar, rooms are renovated and beds are very comfortable, to place is also very new. Although rooms are comfortable for a couple, they are in the smaller side - if you don't mind about the space, the hotel is a perfect place to stay.

Very central position in the street of Khao San, new structure inside and very clean. Staff helpful. Only thing the rooms are a bit tight, not a problem though cause in Bangkok we barely were at our room.

In a very vibrant area with lots of street food, bars and clubs. The hotel has double windows which keeps the noise from the local music venues to a minimum, without which it would be impossible to sleep there. Nice rooftop pool with towels provided and a bar if you are wanting a drink.

HORRIBLE

DO NOT STAY HERE. Reception were really rude on check in and check out. ‘Soundproof rooms + 24H security’ isn’t true. You can hear everything and anyone can walk up to the rooms without a keycard. On the first night, we went to reception at 1:00 am complaining about everything and she couldn’t understand us but did say she will pass to early reception. We slept in late the next day due to the noise but we went straight to reception about leaving. They refused to give us a 3 day refund (only 2 days) even though we explained that we spoke to the night staff… They gave us 15 mins to shower, pack up our suitcases and leave ( constantly kept calling the room). They never even asked us what our issue was nor apologised. I work in hospitality, this was a disgrace.

This is in the center of Khoa San Road and it can be a great oasis and refuge in the center of the action. However, if you have a room on the lower floors above the club, sleep may be difficult to achieve. Until 3 am. The staff are suburb and on my 4th visit there, I am coming back. It is compact, but everything is in good order and super clean. I was able to store my items for half the day until my airport run.

The only highlight of the property is that it is well decorated. It’s extremely noisy to such an extent that the whole room vibrates. This will last until 2am every day. When I asked for a quieter room the staff initially said no, when I insisted they gave me their quietest room. Even with ear plugs in and despite being a heavy sleeper, it was impossible to sleep. I am someone who can fall asleep anywhere, but not here. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS The shower runs hot and cold entirely unpredictably so you switch from burning to freezing. Even though it’s newly built the paint is peeling off the walls.

Good hotel but bad n rude staff

The Mulberry hotel is located in prime khao San road. Great location but the staff of the hotel are not friendly, more so they are biased towards guests from different nationalities. Rude and blunt. They don’t even consider a request made in advance while booking. The rooms didn’t have a wardrobe, we had a difficult time to adjust but somehow had to. We had an issue with our room key card and we asked to change the same, they did so but did not inform that a new key card will be chargeable at 300 Baht. First time ever be in my all travelling years saw something like this that a key card is charged. Never gonna stay here again. Bad experience
