"I absolutely loved this place. The staff here are very kind, attentive, and helpful. I left for five days and returned, and they gave me the same room with a "welcome back" message and in-person greetings. They were awesome. The service exceeded my expectations, and the room was lovely. The food was good, atmosphere great, design and aesthetic cool, breakfast epic, etc. All at a very reasonable price (ridiculous price for me coming from Miami). 5 stars"

"My wife and I spent 5 nights at JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa in April, 2024. The room and beach were great. The facility itself is enormous, far more so than I had realized when I booked our stay. It's a Marriott, so expect meals to be priced double (or triple) what you might pay at nearby (and far less fancy) restaurants; indeed, meals were priced a good bit higher than what we had paid at similar or nicer hotels in Seam Reap, Bangkok and Hanoi. Perhaps the absence of high end...

There was issues with room requested one queen bed did not get got two twins instead did not say anything. My complaint about property was the manager the room was extremely hot and manager would not allow another key to improve this and stated she is saving the environment which I corrected this is not saving environment saving money only.
