Not clean upon arrival, especially deck. Carpet badly stained. During the one month stay called for maint. 6 times, responded with fixes twice and other 4 items were never fixed. Summit Cove management very lax with no follow-up. To the owner --you are getting ripped off by SC Management.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient Condo

We were very comfortable throughout our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed for Me, My brother, and our sons' ski getaway! There were 5 of us and the sleeping space was plenty. The only negative is that there is 1 bathroom but we're all dudes and the bathroom fan is STRONG so it wasn't really a big deal. And of course, we knew there was only one bathroom going into the rental contract soooo not at all an issue. The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay! Enjoy!
