Great value for walk to ski location

Cinnamon Ridge is a great value based on your ability to walk to the Mountain House ski area. It was very clean and well stocked. We lost power for about 5 hours one evening due to the Boulder fires and the ample stockpile of firewood on the deck allowed us to keep warm until the power came back on. The entryway is a bit small which makes dressing out an entire family for winter weather a challenge. The only real disappointment was the door locks/keys. It took a lot of jiggling of the keys to get them to unlock both the deadbolt and door handle lock. We did not address it with the property manager in real time as we could usually get in within a minute or two. However, on one occasion, it took nearly 10 minutes of standing out in the cold to get the door unlocked. We were disappointed that this was an issue as it was highlighted as an issue by a previous renter.

Small and worn out

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best thing about this condo is the location which is on the Snake River in Keystone. It's an absolutely beautiful setting with lots of wildlife including Moose. The physical condition of the place was a disappointment, and the size was too small to share comfortably with another couple. Several problems were encountered. There was no room in the closets because they were filled with owner stuff - we spent about an hour rearranging all of it to fit in. Sliding glass door to patio was unuseable/broken and was repaired by management, but it never worked right. Dishwasher rack lacked rollers - was awkward to use and was another repair by management. Faucet in second bedroom was broken - also repaired after we called. The sofa has stains on it and most all furniture was worn and old. The bunk bed in the second bedroom was awkward and our guests had to reverse the sleeping position to use it.

Nice and neat

Fun stay and perfect location. Check in and out of property was off site. Challenging to get a hold of property manager with check out questions. Also, make sure you bring your own coffee, soap and shampoo products.

Great spot, comfy stay

Such a cute place. Very comfortable. We could have stayed much longer very comfortably. We did get altitude sickness pretty hard (especially the children) so i kinda wish someone had warned us about thinkabout that. But otherwise it was ideal. Kind of annoying to have to pick up and drop off keys at a seperate location, but the communication about that wqs very accurate and up front so cant blame them too much

Great Stay at the Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great extended weekend stay at this lovely condo! Plenty spacious for just the two of us, could have easily fit another 2 people comfortably. We did not end up bringing our pup with us on this trip but would have accommodated her nicely being a first floor unit with a walking path right next to the unit. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the things you’d need to make a meal and the unit was very clean overall. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Reviewer Comments: Negatives: The door key is hard to use, the parking lot is a skating rink, there is no access to the lovely path you can see off the balcony, the free shuttle bus is great but takes an hour to do the entire loop. Positives: The beds are comfy, the place is quiet, the view is great, the location is good but you need to drive to the ski area so get home at the end of the day in less than an hour, the kitchen is well stocked. We had a great time for two nights.

Wonderful location!

The view from the deck is serene and peaceful. Easy 5 minute walk to gondola at Keystone. Walking distance to great coffee and restaurants - wonderful stay!

Great Ski Condo!

We are traveling with our dog and this place was wonderful! Great view of the mountains and a short, easy, beautiful walk to the Peru ski lift. The condo was roomy, each bedroom had its own bathroom, the view of the water and mountains was breathtaking, the kitchen was well equipped and the layout was roomy and great. My favorite was the walking trail directly behind the condo, it was great for taking our dog on lovely walks during the day and evening. My husband and I decided if we ever return to Keystone, we'd definitely try to stay here again.

Keystone's beautiful Aspen turn.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mid- September is the perfect time to catch the Aspen turn in it's full yellow-gold glory between the summer crowds and ski season. Days are sunny and warm and evenings quickly become chilly as the sun sets.Ski condos quickly show their wear as they suffer hard use during the season and this one was no exception. Updates were evident, mostly cosmetic and the place was basically surface cleaned: however some important areas were missed. The sliding doors were so dirty they were difficult to see through and the top of the fridge had not been cleaned in months. Worse, there were no cleaning supplies to DIY. The ice maker is not operable and the disposal is unavailable noted by several posted notes that the buildings pipes were"old". A little more attention to the cleaning and some repairs would have boosted our review another star and earned a referral.The property management company was professional, efficient and easy to work with. As promised, they had the grill clean and the propane plentiful.

Had a great time

Loved the location and view. Place was very clean except the walkway outside of the door. Someone did clean before the end of my stay. Felt safe staying here. The mechanical room is a bit noisy, more so for my dog who thought it was someone at the door every time it did what ever it was doing Would seriously consider booking the condo in the future.

Beautiful view of the mountains

It is right on the walking path to Mountain House base area and River Run Village. We enjoyed walking our dog along the path. The view from the bedroom windows and living room sliding glass door is gorgeous. The patio was the perfect place to sit outside and soak in the surroundings. We slept well and cooked in the kitchen with ease. We will rent here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really nice stay at this conveniently located property. As a couple with one of our older children along, there was sufficient room for us in this efficient 2-BR condo, and we were glad to be able to bring along our 7-mo lab since it was pet friendly. The unit was clean, well-equipped and we liked the in-unit laundry, wood/fireplace, and two bathrooms as convenience and comfort features. The first-floor entrance on the parking side was nice, and the balcony facing the mountains was up one level on the other side for safety and not having a ground-level feel at all. Best features: fantastic view over an open creek/pond basin to the foothills/ski slopes beyond, easy access to walking path behind unit and a 10-min enjoyable walk to River Run village with all of its shopping, restaurants, etc. or a 5-7 minute walk to the Peru lift base area. A few amenities were needed — lighter for fireplace, broken coffee maker— but management said they’d replace. Otherwise an enjoyable comfortable stay we would repeat from our home 2hours away.

The machine room noise is awful!!

Unit was nice, clean, comfortable and everything worked. Location is good but not slope side if that is what you are looking for. The constant loud high pitched hum from the engine room abutting the unit was intolerable! It says end unit but it’s really not b/c the machine room is on the actual end! 250yds to slope if you are a bird or can walk on water….. it’s walkable but much farther than noted or than it looks on map. Fun was had by all even as we hummed or screeched along to the engine room.

My husband and kids went skiing/snowboarding at Keystone and I took our dogs along and went hiking at Dillon Lake. It was the perfect location and we enjoyed our stay. So happy we could bring our dogs with us on vacation. We are a family of 4 and this was great for us. Thank you!

Great Condo for Watching Moose

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED this condo. It was spacious and comfortable. It's on the corner so there are plenty of windows for natural light. The view off the deck is lovely and includes moose watching. The kitchen was very nice for cooking. Bedroom comfortable but the bed was too high for me. We had to move the ottoman in from the living room so I could get in and out of bed. Steps up would be helpful. Not sure why places have to have tall beds now - we aren't all giants. There was a nice gas grill on the deck but no gas so disappointing. The electrical outlets in the Master bath did not work plus a hallway outlet. As someone commented earlier, the washer only uses very hot water which ruins clothing so be careful. We would love to return if these maintenance issues are corrected. We appreciated that our little dog could come along and he enjoyed moose watching from the deck as well. We recommend this condo as long as you are aware of the issues I mentioned.

Beautiful view and trail access

We very much enjoyed a relaxing summer stay at this abode. The mountain view and access to trails around the river and marshes was appreciated. The location is convenient for access to Keystone Village/ River Run as well.
