This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, top floor condo in the new Clearwater Lofts Building sleeps 7 across two King-sized beds as well as Queen and twin sized sleeper sofas. This luxury condo features hardwood flooring, a stacked stone gas fireplace, stainless steel appliances, dining room and a furnished balcony with mountain views. Clearwater Lofts is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resort’s Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door all the way to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.

This condo offers a modern-rustic feel with brand new furnishings. The entryway offers a coat rack, additional hooks for hanging items and mats for your shoes. The closet near the entryway holds the private, stackable washer and dryer. You will be welcomed by the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker and bar seating for three. The dining room table also comfortably seats six, perfect for a meal with the whole family!

The living room offers cozy furnishings, ample seating, and a stacked stone gas fireplace. For more sleeping options guests can take use of the queen and a twin sized sofa beds. Additional linens are stored in the closet. The private balcony off of the living room is furnished with chairs, a bench and table with beautiful mountain views.

Both of the bedrooms are equipped with our Ivory White Bedding. The first bedroom is off of the dining room and features a King bed, a personal closet and mountain views. The guest bathroom can be found next door and features quartz countertops and shower/tub combination. The primary suite is located behind the living room featuring a King-sized bed, cozy seating nook and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks.

Guests of Clearwater lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage equipped with a 50amp receptacle. Please note, guests must bring their own charging cord. A second parking spot is available in front of the building on a first come first serve basis.

Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.
