Appliances all very old. Mini fridges froze everything and actually ruined our food. Dehumdifier was very old and didnt work at all. Overall condo needs updated

For starters, they have no reception or staff if you need anything. Everything is done over the phone, and they never answer. I never got the Wi-Fi password and had to go to a cafe to work. The keys are delivered to a different address. I don't know why these types of accommodations appear on the hotel app. They should remove them. And at checkout, there are no instructions on where to leave the keys.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The rental had older appliances but overall was fantastic! We would stay here again. It was much cheaper than the condos nearby and had access to the same amenities.

Check out is at 10am instead of the typical 11 or noon times and in order for us to leave at 1230, we were charged an extra $30. Fire place was not working well, one refrigerator was broken and we didn’t realized this until the next day, hot water kept running out from the shower. Having been a former keystone employee it was disappointing to see this. Love the area, the trails and the mountain, but this property in general needs updating.
