Lakeside Village Condo w/ Great Panoramic Lake Views, Steps from Activities

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful panoramic views of Keystone Lake. Updated kitchen, living room furnishings (New photos coming soon!) and the extra bathroom is a great added convenience. Located in Lakeside Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and lake activities. Short walk from the Keystone Conference Center.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a smart TV next to a beautiful wood-burning fireplace and new furnishings were added in early 2023. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private patio is just off the living area and offers amazing views of Keystone Lake. In the winter you overlook ice-skating and hockey, and during the summer you’ll see the sparkling water with people canoeing and enjoying paddle boats.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar comfortably seats eight people. The guest bathroom is near the entryway and features a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower with glass enclosure. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a new king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a smart TV. There are beautiful lake views from the picture frame windows. The en suite bathroom has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination with dual shower heads and a jetted tub.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Amazing winter stay

My boyfriend and I booked this condo for our February anniversary and loved it! Great location to breck and frisco and the keystone spa was an amazing place to get a relaxing massage and hang in the hot tub. also great that there are two restaurants in walking distance and easy parking. Very spacious condo, we HIGHLY recommend!!

Great Views and Relaxing Stay

The property is close to Keystone Ski Resort and was right in front of the ice skating rink and we enjoyed the views from the large panoramic windows, the built in heaters under the window seats was also very nice. The property was exactly what we wanted and more and we will be back in the future.

Great location

The condo’s location was great, right in the heart of Lakeside Village. It was a comfortable 1 bed, 2 baths that fit two adults and two 16 year olds. Access to free washer and dryer which is super convenient. We overlooked the skate rink and close to a convenience store. We did not know there was an indoor pool so pay attention to the swipe card near front door. The management company was excellent and made checkin a breeze. Best part was the wood burning fireplace. So nice after a day on the slopes. Highly recommended

We loved the window seat overlooking the lake rink. Ski shuttle was right outside the complex for easy access. Kitchen well equipped and walkable options for dining. Jacuzzi tub jets not all working. Loved the coffee table books and decor!

Reviewer Comments: The only issue is this is on the ground floor and the blinds do not extend to the bottom of the windows so people walking on the path around the lake can see in. While the heavy drapes block out the light at night they are not easy to close or open for shorter people. And the master bath is just odd as the tub is a triangle and difficult to access. I used the other shower as it was much easier access.

It was a dream trip. The only issues we had were the bedroom being cold because the curtains are 3” too long and it covered the radiator so the heat went up the windows instead of into the rooms. It was a bit tricky with all the radiator controls everywhere, I wish there were better instructions for some of us southerners. It was so easy to walk over to the adventure center to go on the horse drawn sleigh ride. We highly recommend that as well! Also, the shower heads in the master bath are terrible.

It’s a safe area, the crowds are small, and we can ride our bikes for miles and miles just out our back door! Love the window seats overlooking the lake. The free laundry facilities is an added bonus and extremely considerate to include. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked well and if you need anything, contact SCMR and they are on it immediately! (Thank you for bringing us two brand new humidifiers since the ones supplied were inoperable) We are just so impressed with the management and care of this condo. I hope it never goes away because we plan to be back next year for a month!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As usual Summit County Mountain Retreats did an excellent job of our reservation. The condo has a great location on the lake and a real fireplace with wood. Unfortunately, would not stay in this condo again unless some things are corrected. Both shower heads leak and do not work properly. The coffee pot is an old stile and does not keep the coffee hot. Both of these issues were asked to be corrected 2 years ago when we stayed in this condo. Obviously the correction never happened.

Stay in Keystone!

We had a great trip and loved the location of this condo! with it being right on keystone lake, you always have a great view. The check in process was easy so we liked that. My main complaint is the thermostat. It was so hot, and regardless of what we did, the temperature in the condo stayed the same. We were asked to not turn the thermostat below 65 for some reason, which did not help the temp at all. The thermostat is OLD And just does not work properly. My husband and I also suffered from altitude sickness (we are from the beach and live 30 feet above sea level lol) for the first couple of days and the condo being so hot, was just not comfortable for us. Another small complaint that I have was the cleanliness of the bathtub. There was hair and dust all in the bathtub and you could tell it had not been washed recently. This was not a huge deal to me but still wanted to mention it. Overall we had a good stay and loved the location of this condo!
