Location is excellent- easy access to skiing/restaurants and shops. Communication with property management was superb. I had several questions upon arrival and they were very responsive. The unit is very basic. A few minor repairs and i would rate the condo higher. The stove range is missing a few knobs and the refrigerator drawers were broken. A simple paint job would spruce up the place. The heater was only adequate, very old unit. Thank goodness for the fireplace! There is no overhead lighting in the bedroom, either brighter lamps or a window shade that actually opens is necessary. The hot tub and sauna were conveniently located- perhaps mention that no towels or robes are provided in unit. Also, minor additions like wine glasses and Kleenex would go a long way!! I was shocked that in a mountain town/high elevation and dry air no other tissue products besides toilet paper was provided. Overall, it is a comfortable condo for a weekend and you can’t beat the location!
This was the perfect house close enough to the mountain but also far enough where it wasn’t loud or anything. Super clean and perfect size for our trip! Thanks so much Vacasa!
Parking was easy once you figure out where to go. Heated garage, directly below the building. Spacious and comfortable. Short walk to the gondola & Summit lift. Kitchen needs significant updating.

Excellent Location and Good Room
The location is excellent. The room was exactly as shown in pictures; it was clean and basic. One side of the stove burner/elements (left side) didn't work, and I made dinner at the place, so it just took a little longer.
Can’t beat location. Great service by hosts. Condo outdated but was as expected. Needs upgrading but to use as a place to spend the evening without luxury it did the trick.
I was under the impression there was air conditioning in the unit, but there is not. It was only hot the first night and cooled off sufficiently after. There were three fans in the room which were appreciated. Considered sleeping on the sofa bed by the windows, but the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Would also recommend demo for the bathroom sink and tub as they are slow draining. The location was great and overall, we were happy with our stay.

Our stay
Needs an air purifier and vent cleaning. A few years of dust on bathroom vent. Hard to breath at night. We all agreed on this. Also had some dirty pots and pans we had to clean out before using. Carpet was ok. Everything else was great. Hot tubs and grill was very nice and proximity to chairlifts was great. So was parking. Also theres 2 locks for the keys for 8592 so that was very confusing finding our keys
Easy access to slops. But apartment is dated, kitchen doesn’t have enough cutlery, cups. No pans or trays to make pizza or eggs or beckon.Bed was uncomfortable. Slide out sofa was more comfortable than bed.
Affordable for the time we went. Only things that stuck out is the hot tubs were freezing cold- unusable. With the room, two of the stove burners were not working and there were no pans for the oven.
prime location. very comfortable unit with full kitchen including dishware and cookware. convenient and well-maintained building amenities. as a musician I really appreciate the decently maintained acoustic guitar in the unit.very disappointed in the lack of parking access. for a 3-day trip, I could essentially only park in the garage for one day. arrival can't park before check-in. departure check out at 10:00 requires me to move my car to the closest lot before by around 7:00 a.m. before they fill up. this comes with the hassle coordinating the pack up and check out with these very restrictive requirements. I understand the nature of ski towns and the limited parking in these buildings. however, when you pay all these premium fees for a rental with walking access to the resort, one would expect a little more consideration for the traveler. this trip it made more sense just to sleep in, drive over to Loveland and get free, up front parking. sorry keystone, I tried.
No hot water for multiple days, fire place didn’t work, hot tubs didn’t work, and fire alarm went off at night and everyone evacuated for no reason. Called 3rd party help line multiple times and they said local management would contact us. It’s been two days and still no one responded. We left early and the only message we got was we hope you enjoyed your stay. Recommend dont ever use this place, and we’ll never go there again. P.S. still waiting on management call about refund.
I got a good midweek deal on this unit and for the money it was more than adequate. If you are expecting a turnkey hotel level condo experience, this isn't it. More of a homey, lived in unit with a few things not working and very old furnishings.

Below average property
This property is located in the heart of River Run in Keystone. The location is excellent. HOWEVER, this property is about 2 years overdue for a refresh. It’s in below average condition: lumpy bed and pillows, tattered linens, tired sofa with a hole in the arm. The cleaning and maintenance were sub-par, with moldy bathroom vent, many inoperable lights and broken window shade and no screens on the windows.
Vacasa instructions and communications were very good. If this place updates + upgrades, I would recommend. But as is, I don’t recommend - there are many nicer places in River Run at Keystone.

Good Location - Property Is In Dire Need of Refresh
The property was located as promised in the River Run village of Keystone. The communication with the property management company was very good. The property is about 2 years overdue for refurbishment. The bed is old and droops in the middle, the pillows are lumpy and tired, there is a tear in the couch and only some of the lightbulbs were working. The carpet should be replaced. The place was only given a cursory cleaning (there was dust on the shelves and baseboards and mold on the bathroom vent). I would recommend this place only after it is updated because the location and River Run village are very nice.

Not all that …
While the proximity to the slopes is good, this unit needs some work and the cleaning crew needs training.

The couch was all torn up. Hope I don’t get blamed for it.
I enjoyed my stay despite some hiccup. The location is pretty good, right in the middle of the village and a short walk to the Riverrun Gondola. The kitchen has a nice complement of dinner ware and cookware although the salt & pepper ran out. The room was very cozy but it can get cold sometimes and I was unable to turn on the fireplace for additional heat. Otherwise it was a great place to spend my week in Keystone and Summit County

Great location but needs work.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable so I tried to use the pull out couch in which I found a pair of boys shorts inside as well as the bed itself falling apart. Very old, and honestly, gross. Needless to say I did not sleep on that either. Definitely needs updating! The cushions on the couch have major holes in it as well.
